PROS: Great service. You're paying for what you get. Came in for a complete interior and exterior detailing along with an engine cleaning. My interior was absolutely disgusting with tons of dirt, trash, and food crumbs all over the place, in addition to a dirt crusted exterior. When I left the place, my car was in a pristine condition, better than when I got it from the car dealership. I wished I took more before and after photos because words cannot describe the differences. This place is absolutely worth it. Carlos is wonderful and very helpful. CONS: It took several tries to contact the store for an appointment, but once you get an appointment, everything is smooth sailing. But not worth docking a star over read more

TL;DR: My car dinged, Alan's fixed it. It got hit by a rock within 10 minutes of leaving the lot. Alan's offered to fix it for free! My car got dinged by someone in a parking lot. It left a dent and all the coats of paint were removed. I was terrified of getting quotes because I feel like most business owners care more about profits and not their customers. I saw Alan's Superior detailing reviews and gave them a chance and damn they delivered. Alan fixed my dent, scratch, detailed my car and gave me a fantastic ceramic coat job! Shortly after I left the parking lot, a utility truck flung a rock at my car... And scratched it... I told Santo's (business owner) what happened... Even though it was the random elements that caused the damage, because Santos cares about his customer he offered to fix the scratch for me for free. What a fantastic experience. Thank you Santos. You saved me a lot of stress. read more

Easily booked a same day appt. through text. I called first and an automated text came back since no one answered, but I received a return call within the hour. They guy I spoke to accidentally thought he was calling his girlfriend so when I answered I didn't get the most professional greeting lol anyways I dropped the car off and got done within less than 2 hours (in the middle of the week, can't speak for a weekend appt) and they honored the Groupon price for the express hand wax since I didn't buy it yet. Be aware the Groupon requires a 48 hour advance booking. I also didn't get anyone trying to sell me more than what I asked to have done like some other reviews. The place doesn't look like a car wash from the front, more like a store, so a little hard to find. The magic probably happens out back. Be careful entering or exiting the plaza, it's a pretty steep incline. Worked with a lady when we got there and didn't meet anyone that actually worked on my car. She did a quick check before giving me the keys so I'm assuming she's in charge. My car came out beautiful though, probably shinier than the day I bought it! Interior was good too. BUT they parked my car outside the front of the shop over the sidewalk -____- so when I backed out it scraped the underside of the front bumper. Sure you can't see it but no one likes the sound of a car scraping cement. So not too happy about that, but I'd probably still go back because the exterior looks mighty fine. I'd probably just remind them not to park a lower car over the sidewalk. Even though they should be well aware of that... read more

These guys are amazing! I showed up 1 hour before closing time and they were able to take me in after a quick call. My girlfriend came 30 mins after just to pick me up, but she saw how great of a job they did and offered to take in her car for a deep cleaning, haha. They're wonderful people and made me feel at home, literally. We were watching Netflix in one of the guest rooms! Definitely worth the money we spent. :) Big thank you's to the staff for their amazing service! See you soon! read more

They did an amazing job. I was getting ready to trade my car in and it was really dirty. I've had it for over six years, and it's had two kids in it. I was mostly concerned with the inside. It was late Saturday afternoon, and he said it would take about 5 hours and we should leave it overnight. He also recommended a polish, and said it would give a good return on investment for the resale value. We picked it up the next day. They said it took forever, which I'm guessing means that they worked on it for longer than five hours. It looked amazing. Shiny outside and inside. There was a mold stain under one of the car seats that was completely gone. He was not exaggerating about the return on investment. We took the car straight to CarMax to get a valuation, and they offered $500 more than we thought the best case scenario price would be if everything was perfect. And that was with the car's AC being broken and a crack in the windshield. This was totally worth it. I just wish we'd taken some pictures. But trust me, the difference was shocking. read more

Got my car checked in this morning, 2/3/16, for exterior detail, plus buffing ($100 extra) and & $189 for detail. Santos, who is the owner of the place was very polite and happy to explain about the wash, questions about my car scratches. He was very knowledgeable and professional at his job. He also gave me ride to home and picked me up. Got my car at 3:00pm, and it was fabulous. So much better than the dealership's collision center. He also explained about taking care after the wash, and have the paint touch up for free. I would recommend this place to those who take care of their car thoroughly. This is the place you need to go. Overall, 5stars. Their website has more details about wash, so check out if you have any questions. read more

Seemed nice on the phone, made an appointment easily (although their website for scheduling appointments does not work. It freezes on the fifth step). Show up at appointment. Door automatically chimes when I open it and walk into the office/lobby area. Wait for a minute, no answer. Yell "hello" a couple of times, no answer. Open and close the door a few more times to set off the chime, no answer. I can hear people in the bays working. Take a few steps through the door to the back, yell "hello?" a few more times, knock as loudly as I can. No answer. I'm not going to go further back into a work area that I'm not authorized to be in, so I go back to the lobby. A few more rounds of "hello" and triggering the door, and finally after 5-10 minutes, I just leave. I guess they didn't want my money that badly. Seems like they would have done a good job, too. read more

VERY happy with results, plus I didn't have to stand around watching their every move (like some other car washes)! Good price, my clouded & faded headlights look BRAND new, & the rain protection they say should last 6 months. read more

Best place to get your car detailed! I came here in October because my Honda Civic really needed some tlc. And I have to say my car came out looking brand new! I could not have been happier! Not to mention, the customer service was excellent and the business was very clean with nice waiting rooms. read more

A few weeks ago, someone hit my car on the freeway. Luckily, their car had a rubber-like lining so when it hit the rear of my car it didn't dent or scratch it but instead left a black skid mark. After consulting a few people, they all mentioned that a body shop wasn't necessary and that a good buffing (or whatever) to that area would do. Now, I'm not one to get my car detailed (or cleaned for that matter) often. So when I found Alan's Superior I decided to everything all at once: get rid of the mark AND get my car detailed. After speaking with one of the guys there, we decided to go with the Hand Clay Bar and Wax special for $120 (another reason I went with this special was because I had a lot of tree sap on my car). It took them about 5 hours before I received a call to pick up my car. Luckily, I had someone who was able to pick and drop me off that day, but for those who aren't able to do that, they have a very nice/comfortable waiting area inside their shop with TVs, waters, and free wi-fi! As for the job....IT. WAS. BEYOND. MY. EXPECTATIONS. At first glance you could immediately tell the difference. Not only was the skid mark gone, but so were all the little specks of dirt (oxidation?) I had around my car. It felt buttery to the touch and I swear, if I had accidentally dropped food on my car that instant I wouldn't mind having to lick it off. The interior was also cleaned out nicely. The screen, cup holders, side of chairs, etc. were all wiped down and vacuumed as well. The team there is so amazing and so easy to work with. They won't pressure you into getting anything you don't need and will work with you! All these pictures people post up don't do enough justice. You just have to go and experience it for yourself. read more

I made an appointment to get the headliner on my 2006 Honda Accord replaced. Santos had previously given me a quote through Yelp and it was the best deal I got when shopping around. I read all the great reviews Alan's Superior Details had so my expectations were on the high end. I show up to my appointment and I was greeted by Santos who immediately offered me freshly made coffee before we even spoke about business. He was very professional and his customer service skills were exceptional! His customer waiting areas were very clean with TVs and comfortable oversized couches. Santos and I went out to look at my car and he suggested some detailing work on my vehicle. I felt no pressure to add the work but when he told me he could make my car look like the day I drove it out of the dealer, I became interested but just a bit skeptical. I agreed to the work and I am so glad I did! My car really did look like the day I bought it. The paint was brought back to life and it looked nice and shiny and the interior was impeccable! WOW! Over the years my car has taken a beating (spills, dirt, stains, etc.) and now it really does look brand new! And about the headliner... shortly after I dropped off my car, Santos called me to let me know that the liner for my car was discontinued due to manufacturer defects. He told me that he could replace the liner but that it would not be a Honda headliner due to it being discontinued. I agreed because I was tired of the hanging fabric over my head. They did such a great job on matching the headliner with the original. If Santos wouldn't have told me that the liner was not a Honda liner I would have never known! They even fixed a door seal that had separated between the door and liner at no extra charge and without me having to ask. I really appreciate the high level of integrity shown toward me as a customer. When I picked up my car one of the staff members showed me the work done and charged me for the services. He was very polite and professional and urged me to call in if I had any questions or if I saw anything that needed to be corrected. He ensured me that they take pride in their work and making things right if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Alan's Superior Detail definitely exceeded my expectations! I will be taking my other vehicle in for some cleaning and detailing work. Great Job!! read more

Back in 2006 I saw a Corvette brand new sitting on the show room floor at a local Chevrolet dealership. On that day I made a promise that I would buy that exact model with every option possible. Earlier this month I've finally found that exact one. It's a beautiful black Corvette. The day after I had purchased it. I brought straight to Santos. He gave me a couple of detail options and I finally decided to get the best ceramic glass detail package. Santos and team made my dream car look flawless and even more beautiful than it rolled off the show room floor. I really recommend him and his crew. Every spot and detail on the car was polished and cleaned. Thank You again Santos for the awesome job you've provided. P.s Car enthusiast are always asking if the car has been repainted. read more

Id heard Santos mention ozoning ones car in for disinfection and cleaning purposes several times and have always considered it since my car is so full of dog fur it's like a fuzzy tornado when I drive with the windows down. With the current epidemic I figured now is as good a time as ever especially since he was doing it for free to support the community. Santos and his crew always do a great job and go above and beyond. I just brought it in for the Ozone and they vacuumed the inside and even gave the outside a wipe down. I really appreciate doing business withSantos because he has a moral compass and isn't trying to screw anybody over, which can be rare in the auto industry. Additionally his waiting rooms and areas are nice to just chill and kick it in and he's accommodating for my dog it makes me feel at home while I wait. I can do work on my phone or just watch shows on the TV provides with Netflix and Amazon. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Santos and his crew over at Alan's superior detail read more

So it has been 1 month since my family and I went camping and I accidentally spilled lighter fluid in the back of my 2013 Toyota Sienna and did not notice it until we started to smell it. The lighter fluid soaked in for a good 24hours by Sunday and I called Alan's superior and spoke with Santos who gave me the best estimates and honest chat on why other places will not do as good as a job because other people will over charge and will not do as a thorough job as he would. So I took my van in same day and long story short the interior still looks brand new like it was fresh out of the dealership. The machines and cleaning materials they used really cleaned out the van and my wife and I and kiddos were very satisfied and will for sure return!!! This place is worth trying out and will suggest any of my friends from St. Jude, Kaiser and UCI Med friends to get your car worked on! read more

I can't say enough as to how great my truck looks after leaving Alan's Superior Details! I don't get my truck washed as much as I should, mostly because of needing my vehicle during the day and not wanting to go to just any car wash with dirty rags, or a drive thru car wash with abrasive brushes. I've learned over the years that Alan's uses only the best equipment and products on the vehicles they service and I can definitely notice this when I pick up my truck from them. Always super satisfied when I get my car done with them The car I took in today was in its worst condition. It hasn't been taken care of for at least 6 Months. Alan took a look at the car and offered me the best package that suits my car's conditions. Magic happened ! Above and beyond my expectations at a very reasonable price ! As a stay home mom I did my research for the best auto detail car wash and luckily I found Alan's. There are very few car wash out there that you can entirely trust with how to raise your car value , and stay on a budget. Santos and his crew takes pride in his work, they are fast and efficient. After 10 y, 2 little messy kids...can't believe my car looks like new again ! It is spotless ! Fantastic job , thank you ! I've been coming here for my detailing needs for close to a year now. I pay a lot of attention to the details in my paint and I have a black car, so any marring/swirls and imperfections are easy to spot. I've gotten several services done here including a basic car wash, some light polishing, sealant, and more recently, full paint correction before installing a glass/ceramic coating. I've also had them re-paint my back bumper and the door handles to my car. I'm not an easy customer to satisfy when it comes to detailing. That being said, Santos and his crew have done a fantastic job at everything. Santos is easy to talk to and he treats his customers with respect. I've researched and tried many shops, and the prices at Alan's Superior Details can't be beat for the quality of work that they do. Many detailing specialists charge much higher prices for similar work and many hand car washes charge similar prices for far inferior work (In fact, I cringe 99% of the time when I see the workers detailing at a generic hand car wash, because they really don't know what they're doing). Give Alan's Superior Details a shot and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. They are awesome. read more

I got the platinum detail, ceramic coating and window tinting at this place. Considering I've spent $1300 to get all of this done, I'd expect more. I had to have Sam (the assistant) remove the scratches and tree sap after picking up the car because they didn't do a good job. I'd assume they would do their diligence in inspecting the car and removing all of the scratches first before coating the car. I had to spend the extra money to buy the compound and polisher even when I originally told Santos and he said he'd remove them. They took a day and a half to work on it, and still had some issues. I will give them some credit though. They did do a good job in cleaning the interior but forgot to clean the inside of my trunk and cargo mat. Let's not forget the window tints, I wouldn't come back to this place for that. They didn't have a booklet to show me, so I went with his word since he had more of the experience. I got the car back and it was lighter than how I wanted it. I addressed my issues and was going to get a call back. Never did! I don't know if I'll be coming back. read more

Absolutely worth every penny. They did AMAZING on my civic. I came in with really really bad water spots and Santos gave me a whole run down of what they were and what my options were. Hello Santos. As we have discussed: Your detail person flooded the trunk of my car and damaged the automatic top. The repair bill I showed you cost me $1,500. You offered $500 to settle the matter, which was unacceptable. It has now been 1 month since our first meeting with no resolution agreed upon. I am willing to work with you both on cost, as well as, a payment plan. But that can't happen if you don't return my calls. I will wait 1 week for you to call me to discuss this.
