Within a minute of stepping inside the showroom I was greeted by a friendly Tyler. I indicated I needed to get started looking and we immediately went out to the lot which featured a very large selection of used cars to look at. I sat in several and Tyler listened to my want list in my desired new car. He suggested a newer Jeep. I immediately felt the car he chose was a winner. He hit all my needs in this one. I test drove it for about 2 hours as I had some errands to run. We discussed some terms and a couple aftermarket items I wanted ( a hitch was one). I decided to drive it for the weekend and the rest is history. They were very fair in negotiating a price with me. I feel I got an excellent, like-new vehicle for a fair price! They helped me get the hitch installed, gave me a loaner for a day, and got my new car shined up and detailed to send home with me. Even a full gas tank! I couldn't be happier with the professional, courteous, and knowledgable team, and a great inventory. I left with a great car still under warranty. Great job Cole-Krum! And great job Tyler!

Luckily the tire didn't hit anyone and my family was ok The dealer in Traverse City, was wonderful, the Service manager drove out and took over and the car was repaired the next day- great customer service They recommended I call my dealer when I got home I thought to check it and see if it was something else that caused it Well I did and they said they would fire someone for that and it must have been someone trying to steal my tire This certainly poor customer service. I really don't want anyone fired. I rather think this is a management issue- pushing the tachs too hard , poor policies ( checks and balances) I couldn't get much if a word in edgewise I'm ashamed of people I should be able to trust. Friday evening I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty w/less than 86,300 miles on the odometer. Saturday, less than 24 hours after purchase, the transmission completely went out! Side of the road, wont move, OUT! When I contacted them to tell them I was having Robs Tire and Auto Care LLC tow the car back to them, please have my 10,000 dollars cash ready for refund....they told me the paperwork was done, and it was no longer their problem! I understand the "As is" when you sign, but to offer absolutley NOTHING?! After speaking with several other dealerships, one being Seelye Wright Paw Paw, all were baffled at their unwillingness to even attempt to make the situation right. Truly disgusting what this world is. I personally would not be able to sleep with myself knowing I took such advantage of another person.
