Luckily the tire didn't hit anyone and my family was ok The dealer in Traverse City, was wonderful, the Service manager drove out and took over and the car was repaired the next day- great customer service They recommended I call my dealer when I got home I thought to check it and see if it was something else that caused it Well I did and they said they would fire someone for that and it must have been someone trying to steal my tire This certainly poor customer service. I really don't want anyone fired. Brought vehicle in for tire rotation, oil change, and mirror recall. When received vehicle back,…read moregot home and next day I noticed the tire rotation wasn't done. I can tell with the all terrain tires that were put on at 35k miles and I never did one. The tread is clearly lower on the fronts than the backs due to 30+ thousand miles i have driven it without doing a rotation. Called the service advisor, he offered to look at it, also talked to the tech who says it was done. I cannot trust this service department. It was 28$ for the rotation. Im positive it was never done and do not trust them to do anything on my vehicle regardless of how much they are willing to correct it. Yes, the oil change was checked and had a different oil filter installed so I know that was done.

Friday evening I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty w/less than 86,300 miles on the odometer. Saturday, less than 24 hours after purchase, the transmission completely went out! Side of the road, wont move, OUT! When I contacted them to tell them I was having Robs Tire and Auto Care LLC tow the car back to them, please have my 10,000 dollars cash ready for refund....they told me the paperwork was done, and it was no longer their problem! I understand the "As is" when you sign, but to offer absolutley NOTHING?! After speaking with several other dealerships, one being Seelye Wright Paw Paw, all were baffled at their unwillingness to even attempt to make the situation right. Truly disgusting what this world is. I personally would not be able to sleep with myself knowing I took such advantage of another person.
