I though we might as well check out a company who literally has tuckpointing in there name- they must be the experts, right? After going through photos online we felt this was the company for the job and we sent an inquiry. Responses were fast and an appointment was made quickly. When they came to the house his mom was told that they could absolutely tackle the crack but that the brick porch was not a job they felt comfortable taking on due to too many bricks that needed replaced. This may sound like a bad thing- but we sincerely appreciated the honesty. Especially during this time of COVID-19, many businesses need our patronage more than ever. Having a company who knows what they do well and what is beyond a service that can be provided at a high quality level is a company we want to work with. They were able to complete the job with the crack across the from of the house and if you had never seen a before you wouldn't even be able to tell that a repair was made. They came out a couple weeks later and got the work done leaving the my front walkway looking so much better than when they arrived. They set a date and were on time, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job leveling my patio. They cleaned up nicely and told me how to fill the cracks between the slabs. They even let me know the product I bought was not good and advised me to return and buy a better product. They gave me step-by-step instructions to help my patio look great and it does. Project completed in early spring and by December of 1st winter it was chipping, pitting and falling apart. This damage has gotten worse and goes all the way up and down the driveway. They did not level the work area (you can see it) and the apron was done very poorly as well. DO NOT HIRE. This is a family company and they are a disgrace through and through. At first it was beautiful, but forward to Spring of 2026, and I have flaking all down my driveway. Neighbors ask me who did my driveway and I tell them not to hire them. It is expensive, which I knew it would be, but to have it fall apart after 4 1/2 years, it had made me sick. My friend had hers done a year after me and hers is worse than mine. I trusted this company they should be ashamed of this. They said concrete cannot be guaranteed. I say BS. A friend on another street had them do his driveway 15 years ago, and it looks brand new. Maybe it was COVID but the concrete was cheap. They could at least fix it.
