The staff was friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed playing there. The price was right and the atmosphere was also right on. The only thing I still can't get used to is the smoking part; hate cigarette smoke. It hurts my eyes when I shoot pool. Overall this is a pretty good place to shoot pool. There is zero excuse for that kind of unprovoked, disrespectful behavior from someone representing your business. If your staff can't handle basic manners or show the slightest level of professionalism, they shouldn't be behind a bar, period. Chris should be fired immediately. If not, it says everything about how management tolerates abusive and misogynistic behavior toward women. We expect a response from management--either to apologize directly or to let us know what steps are being taken. Until then, we'll be taking our money elsewhere and making sure our friends do the same.
