What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the business wants to charge ME a fee, despite the fact that I showed up on time and they failed to honor my appointment. Customers are expected to respect appointment times and face financial penalties when they don't, so why is there no accountability when a business wastes a customer's time? I had to leave work, rearrange my schedule, and make the effort to show up on time, only to leave without receiving the service I booked. It is unacceptable to expect customers to pay for lateness while refusing to take responsibility for your own delays. At the very least, customers deserve communication, professionalism, and equal consideration. Thankfully, this was my final laser hair removal session. I will not accept being charged a fee when I fulfilled my responsibility by arriving on time and the business failed to fulfill its own.
