Josh was very thorough in his explanation and the estimate seemed fair and reasonable. My installer was great. His name was Mark. He had a young lady helping to who unfortunately I cannot remember we moved her name. Both very professional and friendly. Mark was also a Navy veteran of many years and I'm glad to see Edministen hiring men like him who served our country so faithfully. I asked Mark a lot of questions as and he was patient and very helpful explaining things. Even had to come back out to fix one small problem a couple days later and said he'd arrive at 2:00. Guess what, at 2:00, he pulled in the driveway. The install took all day and they worked to complete the work and were done by 5:00 or so. So far so good on the unit. Very pleased with the work that was done! Great people to work with and very good communication which is rare at times anymore.

I have to admit, I'm a bit surprised by the other two reviews I just read. That has not been my…read moreexperience AT ALL. I own a rental cabin in Boone, and the current system was not installed by them. Yet when my guests told me the heat was out not only did they answer the phone on a Friday night, but were out to the house within an hour or two to fix the problem. It did take a couple more visits to accurately diagnose the problem, but each time they were responsive and kind, and at the house as quickly as they could. Nathan, especially, was super helpful and even came out early one morning before his first stop to try and figure out the problem. I'm now replacing the whole system (it's quite old) and they're able to order and get it in within the next week. With renters coming every weekend this kind of response is crucial, and I couldn't be more pleased with the interactions I've had with them.
