And it seems like they did not understand my injury and able to diagnose it. My sister suggested to go see a chiropractor, I started seeing Dr Meitz. Right away, he was able to determine what happened with my spine and back. He started treatment for a month. After a month, I feel a relief I've never felt since the injury. I also have been coming regularly when I was pregnant and I did not have ANY back pain. Dr. Meitz is amazing! I highly recommend him. If you're on the fence, try it out for a month and see for yourself.

Saw at Premier Orthopedics Urgent Care last month and had a terrible experience. Ironically, since…read moresomeone posted a (positive) review of him yesterday, I now have a way to post my awful experience. Wish I could also specifically review the Urgent Care in Malvern on Lancaster Avenue but it is not listed in Yelp for some reason. Did not take me seriously. Did not ask too many questions. Did not do a proper exam. Specifically, did no physical exam at all, including specifically of the affected extremity/joint. Just ordered an X-ray (something billable, of course) and spent more time chatting with his staff. Later I had a friend who is a health professional actually examine me, and she provided me with a more accurate assessment. She told me I had a knee effusion, some evidence of joint instability, and pain and tenderness along the medial joint line and that I would need an MRI. To reach these conclusions, you have to directly examine the patient! In short, visit was totally useless. Don't waste your time and money here. Surprised to find he was listed as a "Top Doc" in Philadelphia Magazine. You have been warned.

From day one, the entire team made me feel welcome, supported, and truly cared for. My physical therapist, Selena, was nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable. She took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, paying close attention to every detail. Even the smallest adjustments she made to my movements had a significant impact, ensuring I got the most out of each session. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint problem areas and tailor exercises to address them precisely. Beyond her expertise, Selena is a great listener--patient, understanding, and always encouraging. If I struggled with an exercise, she worked with me tirelessly, never giving up until I got it right. She also stays up to date with the latest research, and through our conversations, I gained a much better understanding of my body and how to continue my recovery in the best way possible. The entire staff at Bounce Back--Charan, Ali, Ned, Bernadette, and everyone else--created such a warm and positive environment. Not only are they skilled and compassionate, but they're also energetic and fun to work with. The upbeat atmosphere and great conversations made the workouts so much easier to get through, and we had some really good laughs along the way. Their positivity made all the difference in turning tough recovery sessions into something I actually looked forward to. Another thing that made my experience even better was their app. It's incredibly easy to use and helped me stay on track with my recovery. I could view my homework exercises, schedule sessions, and communicate with my PT--all in one place. Even after my discharge, I still benefit from the app when I need to review exercises, which has been super helpful in continuing my progress on my own. Recovery is never easy, but with their help, I felt motivated and confident in my progress. Thanks to their dedication, I'm now feeling stronger and more capable of returning to an active lifestyle. I'm incredibly grateful to Selena and the team at Bounce Back for guiding me through this journey. If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic where the staff is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your recovery--while also making the process fun--I highly recommend Bounce Back Physical Therapy. They helped me regain confidence in my body, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you, Selena! Thank you, Bounce Back!

I've been getting PT at Kinetic pretty much all summer and I've been very happy with their…read moreservices. Everyone who works there is so friendly including my PT Alex who was great. I originally started with a per diem PT who left Kinetic halfway through my program. I switched over to Alex and the difference was amazing. Alex changed my program each week based on how I was feeling. She gave me exercises the other PT didn't and that's when I really started seeing an improvement in my pain and mobility. As far as scheduling goes, they were very accommodating. There was one time where my car died the night before my appointment and they didn't charge me a late fee to cancel my appointment last minute. I do have two minor complaints about Kinetic and they deal with their processes. The first is that there were up to 4 other patients Alex would be seeing at the same time as me. On these days I was doing all the exercises practically on my own which made me question why I came in when I could do them at home by myself and save myself the $30 co-pay. The second issue is that my appointments occasionally started late. I usually had PT at 7am which is their first appointment of the day. Sometimes my appointment would start at 7:05 or later. It was frustrating when the appointments are only an hour long. Regardless, I would return to Kinetic in the future if I needed more PT. It was overall a very positive experience.

He had his assistants helping me while he loudly gave them his opinions about what was on the television instead of paying any attention to what we were doing. I told him I do yoga and all of the exercises he gave me were already things that I do in yoga every day. I paid over $100 and got absolutely nothing out of the experience.
