Chose this location 5 miles beyond the closest one to my home because of good parking and ease of getting upstairs to PT. Being only about 90 steps from the car to PT Is worth it's weight in gold. I checked out closer Rothman PTs to my house but all of them were just a pain to get in and out of, particularly the one at Riddle Hospital. So i chose Glen Mills for convenience. The actual PT area is bright, clean and nicely organized. The PT tables are big enough for tall people and are very comfortable. The equipment is in good order. Elleni at the Front desk is a total gem. She can answer the phone while scheduling your appointments and not miss a beat. My first time here she scheduled my 8 weeks of appointments and printed out a copy of it for me with speed and accuracy. Casey Has been my PT technician and in my lifetime she has been the absolute best. Being of a certain age I've had PT a few times so I consider my assessment of her to be accurate. She is informative, caring, very capable with great PT and interpersonal skills. Rothman is lucky to have her. I highly recommend this location for physical therapy.

To my surprise, this turned out to be the only thing that has even remotely helped me- more than any doctor, injection, medication etc.. Amy is an EXPERT in identifying your underlying issue, realigning you and helping release muscles that cause pain. I would go into my appointments in intense pain and leave walking upright, and each time the effect would last longer. I was frantic thinking that I was going to be permanently disabled, but thanks to Amy, I am on the road to recovery and am literally regaining my life. She also makes very good suggestions of other treatments to do in conjunction with physical therapy and refers you to experts in these fields. During appointments, she only focused on me- not like brand name physical therapy places where they are "helping" more than one person at a time. Appointments are not rushed, she takes her time and helps get you back in track. If you need physical therapy, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Probably the most positive medical experience I've ever had.

Springfield Physical Therapy Recommendation…read more A couple of weeks ago I was in a Doctor's office with terrible lower back pain whenever I moved. It was diagnosed as a muscle issue and I was issued a script for Physical Therapy. I chose Springfield Physical Therapy because my wife had used them several years ago and was very happy with the results and still does the many of the recommended exercises. The staff quickly scheduled me. My physical therapist assessed my issues and made some adjustments to my back to eliminate the pain. She lead me through a series exercises to help increase my body's strength and mobility. After the first session the pain was essentially gone. After several weeks of successful therapy my therapist graduated me and gave me follow up series of exercises to do at home to protect from having a recurrence. I highly recommend Springfield Physical Therapy. Richard Philips

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars…read more Here's how it works at Provive: post a negative review and your phone rings within minutes. Suddenly they're VERY interested in talking to you. But call them when your loved one is in crisis? Crickets. No callback, no urgency, no one who gives a damn. They don't earn good ratings--they manage them. The 4 stars aren't from great care, they're from pressuring people to take down honest reviews. That rating is curated, not earned. Our family trusted Provive during a mental health emergency and they completely abandoned us. No meaningful follow-up, no real support when things got worse. But their billing? Flawless. Their reputation cleanup crew? On speed dial. This place puts more energy into protecting their online image than actually helping patients. They'll ignore you when you're desperate, then suddenly find your number the moment you speak up about it. If they're calling you right now to "discuss" this review--that tells you everything you need to know. Find a provider who answers when it matters, not just when their ratings are at stake.

I've been to other PT spots but this feels like a combined team effort, and with much brighter and sports-oriented facility. That said, it's a complete mix of demographics and ages of patients.
