She is incredibly professional, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable. She took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, paying close attention to every detail. Even the smallest adjustments she made to my movements had a significant impact, ensuring I got the most out of each session. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint problem areas and tailor exercises to address them precisely. Beyond her expertise, Selena is a great listener--patient, understanding, and always encouraging. If I struggled with an exercise, she worked with me tirelessly, never giving up until I got it right. She also stays up to date with the latest research, and through our conversations, I gained a much better understanding of my body and how to continue my recovery in the best way possible. The entire staff at Bounce Back--Charan, Ali, Ned, Bernadette, and everyone else--created such a warm and positive environment. Not only are they skilled and compassionate, but they're also energetic and fun to work with. The upbeat atmosphere and great conversations made the workouts so much easier to get through, and we had some really good laughs along the way. Their positivity made all the difference in turning tough recovery sessions into something I actually looked forward to. Another thing that made my experience even better was their app. It's incredibly easy to use and helped me stay on track with my recovery. I could view my homework exercises, schedule sessions, and communicate with my PT--all in one place. Even after my discharge, I still benefit from the app when I need to review exercises, which has been super helpful in continuing my progress on my own. Recovery is never easy, but with their help, I felt motivated and confident in my progress. Thanks to their dedication, I'm now feeling stronger and more capable of returning to an active lifestyle. Avoid at all costs otherwise it will cost you a lot! They promised they would handle insurance and then sent me a bill for $1,600! When I refused to pay more than my $40 co-pay I was harassed by debt collectors. There are plenty of physical therapy places. This is one to avoid. read more

Avoid unless you want to get stuck with a HUGE bill. I was told they accepted my insurance and that they would 'take care of it'. After nearly a dozen sessions and an upsell on heat therapy, I got a $1,680 bill. When I called and said I thought this was covered, I was told it was my problem. When I refused to pay more than my $40 co-pay (still hundreds of dollars), they had several debt collections bound me. Now I have one past due account on my credit that dropped my score 80 points which will cost me thousands in borrowing costs. Don't get tricked. There are plenty of good physical therapists that don't treat there customers this way. AVOID THEM! read more

I wanted to do an update on my review for Bounce Back Physical Therapy. I have been with BBPT for about 2 1/2 years now. Why so long you might ask? My story is an amazing one. In June of 2014 I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic. My pain was getting worse. In an effort to relieve the pain I started back with Charan in the center working on strengthening my body. It was one thing to work on the pain, I had to fight the diabetes as well. Since my last review here I have gotten in with a registered nutritionist that was made known to me through the gyms newsletter. Charan and I had a huge heart to heart about the work ahead to loose the weight. Now two years later I am 76 pounds down, I'm at the gym 7 days a week working on therapy exercises and some cardio and yes I am still working on skills in BBPT. Being with them, I am able to do so much to help keep my weight and sugars down because they help with my mobility. To this day I am now a diet controlled diabetic and off my diabetes meds. I cannot day enough about this amazing group. I would never go anywhere else. They are more than just your therapists, they are counselors and friends. read more

I had bursitis in my left shoulder and treated at Bounce Back Physical Therapy in Wayne. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional in helping me get back on track. After two major surgeries ( torn labrum hip repair, and ruptured patella tendon) the Bounce Back staff not only got me back on my feet, but helped me achieve 100% recovery.
