Between the two of them, I was able to regain full use of my arm & shoulder. Before I began PT, I was barely able to drive, shower, do household chores, cook, or sleep without extreme pain. I am now able to do all of the above with ease and full range of motion. Erin and Nick are professional, pleasant to be around, and really know what they're doing. They are truly dedicated to helping people. My first day there, Erin developed an effective home exercise plan for me, which I will continue doing now that formal PT has ended. I would highly recommend BMSR to anyone who is in need of PT. In general, the facility is large, clean, cheerfully decorated and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Their music selection is upbeat and inspires you to get moving. I had no issues with billing, scheduling etc. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and nice. Five stars out of five!

I don't go to anyone but her as I have never had any PT know what she knows. The only bad thing at this location is the loud noise factor. When people do not have clients they talk very loud and laugh loud so that the rest of us trying to work with our therapist cannot be relaxed, it's very disconcerting. It is certainly no way to run a professional business. BE QUIET! That is the reason for four stars. Tara rates five stars.

No problem, they tilt in so I don't have to go outside, etc. I'm almost done and I notice that there's a tiny gap at the top of one of the windows where it didn't quite make it all the way up. Hmmm....what to do. Oh, I know. Get on a kitchen chair and just push it up the rest of the way. Note that my kitchen chairs are on wheels, and they rock backwards so you can kick back. As I was rolling the chair up to the wall, I remember thinking this perhaps wasn't a good idea. Then, nah, it will only be a second, I'll be fine. You can guess what happened next: The chair started to roll, and so I grabbed the window sill to stop it, then the chair tilted backwards and I'm on the floor, with one sore shoulder. FDC took me to Urgent Care where they declared it a sprain, two weeks later Ortho announces it's a broken bone, and six weeks after that I'm sent to PT for 'stretching'. So off I go to Excel Physical Therapy. They're in the old Bell Telephone Building in between the old Viking Inn and St. Colman's Catholic church on Lancaster Ave. There's a lot accessible from Lancaster and also from Church Road. They're on the second floor, the facility is clean, bright and open. I'm evaluated by Andrew Bacon, who becomes my regular PT. Andrew was the consummate clinician: professional, friendly, careful and thorough. He gave me increasingly challenging activities to do during sessions and at home, and six weeks later I'm nearly pain free. I hope I never have to go back, because PT is not fun, however I'm so glad to have worked with Andrew to get myself back to who I was.

I came to Body Rebuilders with intense pain after a car accident, honestly not even believing in…read morephysical therapy. To my surprise, this turned out to be the only thing that has even remotely helped me- more than any doctor, injection, medication etc.. Amy is an EXPERT in identifying your underlying issue, realigning you and helping release muscles that cause pain. I would go into my appointments in intense pain and leave walking upright, and each time the effect would last longer. I was frantic thinking that I was going to be permanently disabled, but thanks to Amy, I am on the road to recovery and am literally regaining my life. She also makes very good suggestions of other treatments to do in conjunction with physical therapy and refers you to experts in these fields. During appointments, she only focused on me- not like brand name physical therapy places where they are "helping" more than one person at a time. Appointments are not rushed, she takes her time and helps get you back in track. If you need physical therapy, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Probably the most positive medical experience I've ever had.

Any other business I know would still honor the $50 that we were told. Because yes, it's a problem with the insurance but, whoever checked our insurance that first day at the office and only charged us $50 made the mistake to not see the issue with the insurance, because we were literally told by the doctor " the insurance covered it, it will only be $50." Any professional business would Admit that and move forward. I'm sure he gives good adjustments, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt to say maybe he was having a bad day that day, But it has certainly upset my husband and I

This time, I needed an appointment sooner than they had availability because I was in a lot of pain. My primary therapist is Heather Lampe, DPT, but I also give high grades to Martin and Logan (also DPTs). I am sure these folks have bad days, but they never show that to their clients/patients. They are pleasant, witty, kind and patient. They are also challenging when it is appropriate. Justin, the first person you meet, keeps the schedules organized and works to adjust the schedule to meet your needs. Heather is particularly adept at adjusting exercises to meet your needs. I know I have made the incredible progress I have since my 7/13 surgery because of A) my surgeon's skill (Dr. David Kolessar), B) the skill and personality of the therapists at Integrated Physical Therapy, and C) my own determination and commitment to my recovery.
