Don't want others to think I am saying they are giving away money, just not the added fee. They also do free notories, yep that is free too. For a big bank, they do a lot of things that make it feel home town. Also I have had wonderful service from many of the workers. On certain days, ie end of the month and Fridays, it does get packed, but they keep it moving. Good location and great people and lots of services.

They never paid me the fees that I was due and there was a $100 charge to a customer where the machine locked up and was not amended. I paid it out of pocket. After attempting to contact them as to when they were returning with the machine, there was zero answer or response. I finally did reach someone who said that they did not find the traffic enough for their trouble, had never intended on returning, and they would post the payment due me ($1 per transaction) that week. Months later, I haven't received the payment.. They never paid me a dime, even though they made plenty off of my business and my electricity, and left huge bolts sticking up out of my floor through the now destroyed tiles. Use at your own risk.

She is extremely professional, extremely customer service oriented, and she cares about the customers on a personal level. That is just something you don't often find these days. She's a very bright light and if the branch manager reads this at all, I'm going to guess you're not paying her enough :) Give this lady a raise! She is fantastic and the reason I bank at Regions!
