I spoke to Glenda several times in which she pushed me to the side and kept telling me she would get back with me. Glenda never called back. Highly disappointed in this company!!!

I have a small business and a few personal assets that they help provide coverage for. I was formerly with a bigger insurance company and in the course of business, I wanted to see if I could reduce my insurance expense. The quote I was provided saved me a lot of money annually. I am not in the insurance business and don't always know what I need. M and A was very helpful in detailing my ability to cover risk. My wife was insured shortly after and we are happy that we haven't had to use said policies, plus the rates seem reasonable. She always answers it without a fuss. If you are looking for value in your insurance agency, look to Montgomery and Associates.
