I cant get the claims person to call me back after leaving several messages. My attorney has not been able to speak with them bc they DO NOT RETURN CALLS.. Liberty Mutual has very poor professionalism, they DON'T RESPECT PPLS TIME! THEY WAIT YOU OUT HOPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I'm very upset with this insurance company and hope they will resolve this claim but I'm doubting it!! I just want my truck fixed!! It's simple Liberty Mutual!!! You can see there is no traffic my truck was at a red light. Drunk driver came flying off the ramp on the passenger side of my truck and plowed into the side of it. My son and grandson were in it my truck and had it not been for fast thinking on my sons part my truck would have flipped over from impact bc it was up on the 2 driver side wheels a bout to roll but my son corrected it with steering into it. It could have bn much worse and Liberty Mutual, you need to consider that instead of a few thousand dollars of damage, it could be astronomical if one of my family members lost his life.
