They explain things to me like I'm 4 as I'm pretty illiterate in the fields of banking. My only complaint is it needs to open up at 0800 so I'm able to do business before I head home to bed. Working 3rd shift, the bank opening at 0900 is way past my bedtime. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service.
