I procrastinated on my taxes again this year…read more... I did a google search for an accountant who specializes in small businesses, and I found McKerley & Noonan. I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

After submitting all the documents requested and hard inquiries pulled on my credit report, they did nothing. The branch manager Jennifer was handling my request. After numerous phone calls which all went to voicemail and multiple email requests for a response not returned, it really left me disappointed in the whole process. Not only did the hard inquiry hurt my credit which was in good shape, the vehicle I was trying to purchase was sold. I can understand them being busy, but the lack of communication was at the lowest that I've ever encountered. I will be closing my account and will never do business with them again. I guess my business wasn't important to them.

I cant praise Wes McDonough and CGK Business Sales enough. Their expertise and efforts are top…read morenotch. I recently hired Wes to sell my specialty auto parts business. My wife and I met with Wes at our shop and we discussed our business and our desire to sell. Wes listened to what we had to say and asked questions to understand our point of view, how our business was run, and what we hoped to get out of the sale. Wes got right to work and came back to us with a business evaluation, a list of things we should do to improve the prospect of selling, and a sales plan. Once we signed on with Wes and CGK Business Sales, they got the ball rolling right away. Wes suggested some fixes that would raise the value of our business, and provided a list of companies he suggested we reach out to to help accomplish those fixes. The folks Wes recommended were very helpful and assisted us greatly in getting our books and inventory squared away. During the entire sale process, Wes was communicative, supportive, and helpful. He answered all of our questions, explained each step of the sale in a manner that made sense to us, and provided guidance as we navigated a fairly difficult sale. Wes was always available any time we reached out to him, even when he was on vacation. In the end, we sold our business for a higher price than what we had told Wes on the first day we were hoping to achieve. The sale price of our business reflects the work and effort put in by Wes, as well as his knowledge and expertise in the marketing of our business. We are incredibly happy that we chose to work with Wes and CGK Business Sales. I can't praise them enough, and I highly recommend you use them to help sell your business.
