(I come to Advance Financial to get my money orders to pay rent, every month, and I never have cash on me, so I find it easier to do it this way.) If I'm basing it off of her "because that's not how loans work" response, then why does it let me pay it off online the minute it showed on my account online the same day. Jenny helped me and she was so incredibly kind, good spirited, and helpful. She took her time to review the documents a few times and made sure I understood the process going forward. She advised me that she just wants to make sure I understand everything with the loan process. When I returned to make the payment, I was helped by a girl named Jamie. She was also very kind and considerate. When I went to make one last withdrawal, I was helped by a man named Michael, and just like Jenny and Jamie, he had a bright smile, wonderful attitude, and was incredibly helpful. If any of you get stuck in a situation where you need to get a quick loan, this is most definitely the place you want to go! You do not have to get your HR representative called. They verified everything online (if it is possible). For not the best situation, they most definitely made it better. Thank you all! It seems that everyone who works there is quite amazing.
