In NY, I always felt like I was bothering my agent by asking questions; in 5 minutes on the phone with Steve I knew more about my insurance than I'd learned in the past 5 years. Aside from smoothing out the insurance process, he gave me tips on different networking events for my business, names of areas close to my apartment to bring my dog, and suggested different stores he thought I might like. I've never been treated this well by any insurance agent. He's also a philanthropist and if you're a runner, he does 10 marathons a year and can help you get involved.
