He did not provide any advice, did not ask any questions and just used the H@R Block software to fill out the paperwork. I was charged excessive undisclosed fees and when I complained to the manager she offered no resolution and told me to file a complaint with the corporate office.This is when it got even more interesting. The corporate office closed the case and told me that they contacted me and I refused the settlement they offered.The problem is this was not true.No one contacted me Buyer be aware, stay away from this company, that are incompetent, dishonest and predatory. I read all the bad reviews online but I thought people exaggerate, I was wrong. Do not trust H@R Block with any financial information.

I had to call her for the appointment she booked me for, then answered the phone and said "What's up?" as if I was annoying her. After tax season she disappears completely and they leave you to deal with the office manager Jeff Ammon who has no clue how to file taxes, went over the taxes with me and confirmed that I did owe (I found out later that I did not owe), and told me where I should send the money. He did this all based on incorrect information given by his tax preparer Susan Curtis. When I advised that my taxes were done incorrectly, I was told I would receive a refund for the taxes done incorrectly. I never received said refund from him and am now in the process of needing take further action. I do not recommend this location due to the location manager being equally as uninformed as the tax preparer.
