Will follow up on every loan application, even if it is 5+ years later! Story time: I apparently applied with them 5 or more years ago. I don't recall this, but I received a call today asking for me by my maiden name, which I haven't had for at least 5 years. She went on to say that because I had applied " recently in the past", she was following up to see if I still needed assistance. I explained that I was very confused because a.) I hadn't applied for any loans recently and b.) I didn't understand why they are asking for my maiden name since I wouldn't have applied under that name. My concern was possible fraud. She stated it may have been before the name change, to which I responded that it was unlikely because it would've had to be before 2019. She agreed that it was.... WHAT? What kind of company follows up to see if you still need a loan MORE THAN 5 YEARS LATER?!? I told her that if I had applied for a loan, it would've been for a reason and waiting 5 YEARS to follow up is absurd because I obviously sorted out my need by now, whatever it was. I told her to remove my name from her list. read more

Don't do it. Requested $500. Received $450 then the loan payoff increases $20 every day and they won't tell you why. One big scam. Definitely not worth building credit thru these f. Tards read more

We needed a quick loan to pay our bills. Due to our son had stage 4 lymphoma we was drowning in debt trying not to lose everything. So this popped up on Facebook. I applied. it says it's a higher interest loan but fails to disclose that it is based on a daily interest so you completely only pay not even $20 a month on your loan itself. So you will never ever pay this off without paying the whole loan off. It is a predatory lender. Takes advantage of the poor to keep them poor when they are in a desperate situation. We had other high interest loans we took out after this that had been paid off. This is the worst ever next to minto money they run a close call to being the worst! Try your luck with opp loans at least you will be able to pay it off. Sick they took advantage of my situation and many others to keep us in the hole. Had they disclosed that it was a daily high interest rate I would've walked away. They need to be punished severely for taking advantage of people. They never disclose a billing cycle fee. read more

Never had any problems with them cashing my paychecks, will go to them every time. Stop by and check them out.

Predatory lending at its finest and should be shut down. You can't help but borrow money back because you are sucked dry with little money going to principle. Interest is applied daily to your loan making it impossible to pay it down. I will pay this loan back and never use this service again. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT WITH THESE ADVANCE FINANCIAL 24/7! read more

So, I decided to give them another chance. After I read all the terms of the contract, I see that, yes the interest is high! However, if you pay off more than the minimum you will pay off faster and can avoid a lot of the interest. So, yes, it is a loan place, they are in the business of making money. Be smart, only get out what you can pay back, and be sure to ask any questions before you sign that paper. If you do this, you will have a good experience. The staff is always helpful, nice and ready to answer any questions you have. They do take the time to ensure that you fully understand the terms of your loan. I am glad they are here when you need them. I do suggest, that if you are in a crunch, check them out. They truly do help. read more

A title loan taken out was paid off in March of this year. It is now September and the release of lien on the title still has not been received. It seems that they can't keep the VIN number to stay in the system since they ask for it each time I've called. My next call will be to our attorney's office and they get to pay instead of me!!! read more

Best thing advice I can give is do not go here. They do tell you up front everything they do. You cannot afford this. This family shall burn in hell for what they have put people through financially. The interest rate is ungodly. I made a mistake in a time of need. They post on their website like there a company that helps people. That couldn't be further from the truth. They are vultures. The devil incarnate. I got a $500 loan for Christmas have paid almost $800 back and it's still not paid off. It's a joke. Do not go there! read more

Worst place ever to do business! I would of thought that as a manger of any business, especially in a finance business, one would know customer service. They are the one(s) who should set a prime example of how to greet and take care of the customers needs. Angel, the manager for this location was beyond rude. I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this specific location because they are extremely unprofessional. read more

I travel back and forth from Atlanta for work. I did not get a loan ( I think theirs are called Flex Loans) with this company so I cant speak on that but getting a money order from them was super easy, fast and FREE! Most payday loan places are not the cleanliest and I at least don't feel very safe. This place felt more like a bank then a sleezy payday loan place. very clean and nice employees. read more

So recently my wife and myself just needed to get a quick loan to assist with some bills that came up. I would not recommend anyone doing business with Advance unless you like not having money. The reason I say this is because of the Interest rates on the flex loans. I was told by Advance Financial corporate that up to 3% goes to the Principle, and the rest goes to the interest. What this basically means is, that if you get a loan, and your monthly payment is $100 let's say, $3 of that will go to actually paying off the loan, and $97 will go to the interest. So it would take you 33 months (2 years 9 months) to actually pay off the loan if you make just the minimum payment. And that is if it's 3% yours could be 2 or even 1%. Hope this helps someone out. read more

I don't usually go into Advance Financial but I chose to for a Western Union transfer I needed to make and significantly regretted wasting my time there. I did not even begin my transfer due to the unprofessional and rude customer service provided by the African American male and Hispanic female working at the location on 2500 Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217. The female didn't even look up and continued to be on her phone while the male was just rude. I began the transaction on my phone and was informed through the app I could complete the transaction at that location. When I informed the guy I had started it on my phone and needed to provide my phone number he flatly said no you need to fill out the form and went back to staring at his computer. Needless to say that was the first and last time I plan on entering a advance financial if that's the customer service provided by the company. read more
