Extremely frustrating experience with Progessive Insurance through Southwestern Insurance Group. We…read morehave called at least 4 to 5 times trying to reach the agent who originally signed us, and not once have we received a call back. We're also received texts asking us to call, but when we do, no one answers- and again no follow - up. This became especially aggravating when we needed something time sensitive handled - updating our loan number for a refinance which should've been a simple request turned into an unnecessarily stressful situation due to the complete lack of communication. At this point, we have lost confidence in this office entirely. We are planning to switch insurance providers and will be possibly filing a formal complaint regarding the lack of responsiveness and support. When it comes to Insurance, basic communication should not be this difficult. I would not recommend this Office to anyone expecting reliable service.

Absolutely terrible experience. I requested cancellation of my policy multiple times in writing,…read moreyet they refused to cancel it. My new insurance company even sent formal cancellation letters, and they still claim they have "nothing on record." Before trying to cancel, I spent time trying to set up a policy renewal meeting with Justine, who inevitably clearly had no idea what she was talking about and didn't even have my information prepared. It completely wasted my time. After that, Brian and/or Thomas repeatedly called me during business hours even though I specifically requested no calls during those times. I also repeatedly asked for cancellation and no further contact, which was ignored. On top of all this, their quotes are outrageously expensive compared to other insurers. Unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating to deal with. At this point I'm just hoping this doesn't end up costing me hundreds of dollars for a policy I cancelled over a month ago and already replaced with new insurance.
