I started calling around and I was getting expensive quotes and then somebody told me to call Allstate and I got more coverage for much less. I had left my homeowners insurance with State Farm because it was going to be in effect until June of this year, so I just recently upgraded my homeowners insurance. I got more coverage for 50% of the price of State Farm. And I've been with State Farm pretty much my entire life. And I was supposedly getting"discounts" from them, but in reality it was a massive rip off...really a serious rip off. I never once met Jeff Summers in seven years of supposedly having him as my agent. And when I called and told them about what happened with Allstate, they tried to tell me how much better State Farm was, which is just salesman bullshit. I'm a salesman. I know the deal so no, I would not recommend these people at all. I wouldn't recommend State Farm at all.I got more coverage on my homeowners insurance and my deductible went down from $2500 to $1000. So do yourself a favor and call anybody except these people! I would call Allstate if I were you. I've had nothing but a positive experience with them and I've saved a lot of money right out of the gate.

Davis was incredibly responsive and quick to provide quotes, walking me through different deductible options and clearly explaining how each would impact my premiums. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who knows their stuff and actually takes the time to help you understand your coverage!

We explained that we have been with Safeco in the past and since they carried we were interested. We also explained that we were a bit time sensitive since one of the home insurance policies was expiring soon. She spent the next 45 to 60 min collecting all of our information and said that we should hear back from one of their insurance agents within the next 2-3 days. We don't hear anything from them all week, I call them again first thing Monday morning today and she says that the insurance agent handling our file is busy but she'll give us a call back later. A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day. Again we hear absolutely nothing from them; at this point we can only deduce that they don't value our business and if they are going to treat us like this now it will only be worse afterwards. Last thing you want is a non responsive insurance agent, very disappointing experience overall.
