All I am going to say is I have paid $800 toward a $1400 loan that I got 2 months ago and I still owe $1300, this place is a flipping rip off. NEVER do business here and when I pay this off, I'll NEVER do business with them again. And a friend of mine got approved for a small loan and did not take the loan nor did she sign anything and they still sent her a interest bill. read more

I was greeted immediately by April and the store manager Amber. April really helped me understand the loan process and was extremely knowledgeable about what she needed to do to help me. I think they are ripping people off who are already having a hard time. This is a little local run store, I think they've got 3 locations total in middle TN. Their fees aren't ridiculous and all fees & payback dates are told to you upfront, no hidden charges. The staff are real nice, they'll try to work with you to help out and they don't blow your phone up when it gets close to your due date like a lot of other places will. So, like I said, if you have to do a cash advance then check this place out. You'll get a better deal than from any of the big companies and be treated better. Cheers!

If you're Canadian and bank at Tangerine, you can withdraw money from your Tangerine account at any Bank of America ATM without incurring any transaction fees. This branch is set up differently than most. You have the main branch, which looks like your typical bank from the outside and is steps away from Belcourt Avenue. The branch is across from Meet Noodles. I am used to seeing the drive-thru lanes attached to the main branch. Nope, that's not the case here. You have to drive to a different part of the plaza to hit the drive-thru. The lanes are closer to Blakemore Avenue. Weird. It does work, though. There is a single lane for the ATM at the drive-thru, which is the rightmost lane when you are entering the area. The other lanes normally have staff to help you with your transactions, but this service with human beings was unavailable when I was there. I had no problem withdrawing money from the ATM. The transaction was smooth. The only downside is that when you are done with your transaction at the drive-thru, you have no choice but to exit onto Blakemore Avenue. It's kind of abrupt. Transaction done. Go away and get on with it! I had a great experience. It was happy to have found this bank across from where I had had lunch. (283)

Besides the cost, which is considerably more than I used to pay a CPA friend, it was a good experience. It's hard to have strong feelings about a place like this, but it was pretty painless. I made an appointment online on the day of, which was super simple, and it told me who my 'tax professional' would be and gave me a confirmation number. In retrospect I wouldn't have needed the appointment since the place was pretty much empty. The little office is tucked in a shopping plaza on Hillsboro, I'd never realized it was there before. I got there a few minutes early and my 'tax professional' was ready for me. She talked through all my questions and did the return right in front of me in record time. Everyone in the office was friendly and I was in and out before my lunch hour was over. When I have a simple return next year I'll go back to some free Turbo Tax or something, but it wasn't terrible for this year's situation.
