The vibe is friendly and welcoming by any stylist as soon as you walk in the door. I've seen two stylists there and they are artists in their profession and their customer services is fantastic. The owners are wonderful, I have nothing but great things to say about them! They are friendly and make you feel like family from the start. Prices are comparable to other salons, but the service is bar none. They carry a great selection of products that I have switched to completely. They also have a wonderful shop called Filler Up in the back that provides a fantastic selection of environmentally friendly personal and home products.

They are very popular when it comes to the fade style cut as during the week and weekends they are busy and you'll be waiting. Is it worth the wait for a nice haircut? Yes it is but like I said before I try to shoot for Sunday afternoons/evenings. The best part I like is the use warm shaving cream and a razor for the back of my head. It's such a good feeling as it's freshly done. Overall I always enjoy my experience here and recommend!

I have to start by saying I just moved to the area, and one of the underrated stressful parts of…read moremoving is finding a new barber. Usually, it takes me a few different haircuts and a couple of different places before I finally find a new home. I was heading out for a weekend trip and needed to squeeze in a haircut in the middle of my workday, so I decided to give Sport Clips a shot. From the second I walked in, Jenny greeted me and made the whole process easy. She had me sign in and grab a seat while I waited. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the waiting area, but they have a great setup--comfortable seating, TVs with sports playing, and sports memorabilia everywhere. Pretty much the perfect place for me to kill some time before shaving all my hair off. Jenny brought me back and absolutely nailed the haircut. She was precise, took her time, and made sure everything looked right. I went with the All-Star experience, and I'm glad I did. After the haircut, they take you into the back where you sit in a massage chair, kick your feet up, and get a warm, great-smelling towel wrapped around your face. Then came the scalp massage, which felt like it lasted a solid 5-10 minutes. After that, it was back to the haircut chair for a shoulder massage to finish everything off. I walked in looking for a quick haircut during the workday and walked out feeling like I had just left a mini spa. I don't hand out 5-star reviews easily. For me, the service, experience, quality, and price all have to make sense--and they absolutely did here. Great job, Sport Clips, and especially Jenny. Looks like finding my new barber didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. I'll definitely be back!

Our previous stylists, Lina or Heather, weren't on deck when Dad took our teen in for a haircut. I wasn't concerned that I couldn't be there since they have his style and clipper length on file. What should have been a modern faux hawk came home as an incomplete botched mullet of sorts. WTH?!?! I drove him over today to find them closed for labor day, so ended up having to fix and finish the haircut at home myself. Not money well spent! Very unhappy customer. I understand the customer prior walked out without paying because he was so disgusted with the wait and stylist as well. Not expecting to return again.
