They took us back to the Noodle Time area and my youngest was going first - she was getting a cute bob cute - I came with pics of her haircut from a year ago and showed her exactly what we wanted. Monsters Inc was playing and my 5 year old sat perfectly still for over an hour while she trimmed her hair. The hair was left wet so I didn't really know what it looked like until after. After my little one was done, my older daughter was just getting a quick bang trim - she was in and out of the chair pretty quick, which was great! They both got lollipops and grandma treated them to stuffed animals so they were happy and ready to go. After we got home and the hair had dried on my little one I was shocked!!! It looked like she had taken her hair in a ponytail and whacked it off!! I know this is not what happened, but everything was uneven and choppy and NOTHING like what I had asked (or shown) her. I was so sad (she didn't care because it was in the back and she couldn't see it. I had to scramble to take her to a salon to get it fixed, thankfully it was totally fixable. This place was convenient and a good price, but then I had to pay an additional $20+ tip to have it fixed

I went there with the intention of getting a trim, and the place was pretty small. When I walked…read morein, there was no one at the front desk. There was a lady on my left sitting down, and to my right, a hairstylist was washing a client's hair (with her back to me). She didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. She didn't even turn around to smile or say "welcome in." I stood there for what felt like forever and it was super awkward. No one came out from the back. I was hesitant to ask her about availability since she was clearly busy with a client. I eventually had to ask her since no one else showed up. There was a long silence before she responded; it wasn't right away. (Again, I get that she was with a client.) She sounded so hesitant, and you could tell she was holding back words. I've never been neglected or ignored like this at a salon. I really hope she sees this review and thinks about it for future walk-ins or clients. I don't know if she's a solo hairstylist; if she is, I personally feel like she could've handled me differently. She could've turned around, acknowledged me, smiled, and said either one of two things: "Hi, welcome in, I'm not taking any clients right now," or "Hey, thanks for coming in, but I don't take walk-ins." Don't just leave someone standing there!
