The phone kept ringing, and staff were constantly stepping away, which made the environment feel very hectic, especially surprising for a Tuesday, not even a weekend. Christina and I had a slight misunderstanding about what I wanted, but the main issue was how rushed my haircut felt. The cut is uneven throughout, and one side was left noticeably longer than the other. I'm extremely disappointed with the result. I understand the importance of running a busy business, but quality and consistency are just as important in earning and keeping returning customers. Sadly I won't be coming back.

My haircut preferences are saved in their system, so any of the ladies cuts it just right without having to explain it each time. In the past I always had a specific person but that was inconvenient if that person was fully booked, sick, traveling, etc. So with this salon, they are ALL good, and it hasn't mattered which person was available I always leave with a great cut. I was skeptical on trying a new salon because I had only put Paul Mitchell and redken products in my hair but I'm soooo happy I tried this place out!! I love aveeda! Mel sat me down and explained everything she would be doing on my hair. She then would explain the products she was using and telling me exactly what was going on! After getting the color put on, I sat down to get rinsed.. usually that's my least favorite part because it hurts my back and neck but the rinse chairs they have are so comfortable!
