They work quickly but do a thorough job -- my carpets always look great when they're done. With a busy family and two cats, my carpets really need the extra care, and these guys always deliver. They're a small local business and stay pretty busy, which makes sense given how good they are. I just plan ahead because I'd rather wait for someone I trust to do the job right and for a competitive price. I've even recommended them to my mom, who's particular about her home and who she lets in -- she's been just as happy with their work. Rod's friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unique Carpet Cleaning to anyone!

I am incredibly disappointed because they have taken my money (via Groupon) and then ghosted me…read more Approximately a week in advance, they confirmed an appointment with me to clean one area rug for this past Saturday at 0900. They never showed up, and didn't answer my calls. I left two voice messages over the course of the last week, and they have not returned my call to reschedule. I explained on my voicemail that I am moving this week, so time is of the essence, and yet nothing. This seems remarkably unprofessional, as though they now realize they can simply take the money for my groupon and then never perform the service, as I won't be in this state for more than another couple days. The most charitable reading of this situation is that they are incredibly disorganized, but the worst is that they are dishonest. A missed appointment, if truly an accident, is forgiveable, (even with the crazy schedule impacts it has had for me to keep my entire living room area rug uncovered with items as I am moving, on the off chance they return my call and can come out). But if they are knowingly screening my calls so that I just disappear in a few days to another state and hopefully forget about the whole thing, that is a rude, disrespectful, dishonest way of running a business, and I will find every platform to slam them on via negative review so no one else finds themselves in this position. I'd strongly recommend not buying from them, nor buying their groupon. Buyer beware.

I was referred to this carpet contractor by a friend who had used them in the past. It took me…read moreabout two weeks to finally make the call, and ironically it was on a Sunday. I fully expected to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise the owner actually answered the phone. He was extremely polite, and I thanked him for taking my call. I mentioned my friend's referral and asked if there were any current specials. He ended up giving me a great deal and followed up the very next day with an installation date that worked perfectly for both of us. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, were very clean, efficient, and communicated with me throughout the entire job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience--honestly, I don't even think you can pay for a better one. I'll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work and products.

Their estimates were reasonable, costs were fair for sure. Moreover, Earl and Alvin were honest and willing to work with us. It was just some adhesive, and they cleaned it up perfectly, no silly games or gaslighting me that they couldn't see anything. This is what I specifically asked to be done. Wet wiping baseboards: Lower level and master bedroom were done second time. None of the other bedrooms (3) or baths (2) were done. Wiping down light switches and door knobs. None of these were done. Wet cleaning of light fixtures. None of these were done Wiping down cabinets and appliances. Done the second time Mopping floors. This was done but the wood & master bath look awful. If you want shelves dusted make sure you let them know that. Picking up objects and wiping down shelving is not general cleaning. All in all I thought the owner went beyond to try to make me happy. I just didn't have to time to keep going over everything that they should have known to do. I was working from home and had to take 3 hours vacation from going over everything several times. In closing, make sure you are very detailed about what you want.
