After the most recent change oil light came on decided it was time to re-establish with a Ford…read moredealership. After what was an incredibly fast oil change, I left here both impressed and definitely ready to return. Place is definitely busy, as it took roughly 2 weeks to be able to schedule oil change, however they were as accommodating as they could be and we're very helpful on the phone. I showed up for the appointment and the intake process was quick and relatively painless. The waiting room is just across from the service Area. It's comfortable, but relatively small. They have a couple of coffee pots and Internet that is not overly powerful. If I could make one or two recommendations, they would be to improve the Internet range, and have some donuts, granola bars or something. Having donuts from one of the nearby local shops would be relatively inexpensive, but would go even further to improve the customer experience. The guys were very informative, Kept things moving nicely and, got things done quickly. In addition, I was very impressed that it will change was only a little over $35. I remember when it was 20, but I last car seem to require a $100 oil change every time we went in, so this was a nice change. When I was said and done, this experience was much better than I have been anticipating. It's hard to make an oil change or repair job a great experience, but these guys are definitely trending that direction. Will be back here the next time the car says it needs it's oil changed!

Oh man, if you're a lady, an elderly person or someone that doesn't have time to work on their own…read morecar, be careful these guys will give you the most laziest diagnosis that'll cost you THOUSANDS of dollars. gave a detailed explanation of the symptoms: all forward gears (R, 1, 3, 5) worked fine, but 2, 4, and 6 would thump while the car was moving. When stationary, all gears engaged normally. Based on that, I suspected something external of the transmission like shifter linkage or drivetrain-related, since the issue was isolated to one gate and changed with vehicle speed. Took my car home and started to try and understand what was actually going on. So I got under my car and it was clear when pulling my shifter to gears 2-4-6 it would come too low and my driveshaft would make contact with bottom of my literal shifter making it thump. So I resat my transmission and of course it stomped thumping and everything worked as normal. Keep in mind this is all what I did after they tried and tell me my transmission was internally cooked and had bad syncro's from "aggressive driving". A $7,000 job by the way In the end i've always taken my car just to speed up the work and get it done. I always try and have an idea of what's going on with you car. Do some research otherwise dealerships like this will take your unwillingness to understand your own problems and take advantage of that and charge you THOUSANDS unnecessarily

Jacob is a rock solid employee, he answered every question we had, shared the same excitement we had in our quest for a trailer, he double checked my finding on what my vehicle could safely tow to give us a great assortment of possibilities for our new second home. We were handed off to Cynthia who handled the financial end and options for the trailer. Again, we were working with someone who was just enthusiastic about this new experience as we were. Mike in parts helped with technical questions about the trailer, vehicle, and connections. A few weeks after the purchase we needed to bring the trailer back to get some upgrades added to it. Mike had time to walk around the trailer and answer more questions that came up after we had owned it for a couple weeks. I called the shop in the am explaining the situation and they told me they could look at it that day. Mike was fantastic. He immediately dropped what he was doing (and the shop looked very busy) and made like I was his most important customer. He diagnosed the problem that morning, ordered the part. A wire within the ignition tumbler had burned up. The part had to be shipped from the east coast. The next day, the part arrived and the part was immediately installed. Mike is extremely competent and professional. Pricing was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend Absolute Auto to anyone that needs a mechanic in the Yakima area. I wish he was in my hometown.
