The gentleman was nice but he couldn't figure out how to find the plug for my check engine light. So out of frustration ( rarely go to autozone because oreillys is closer)I drove up to Autozone down the road and ask for helped. An employee happened to walk up to me. In literally 30 seconds he found out why the other guy couldn't find the plug (it was on the opposite side). We looked up the code and found out it was my mass air flow sensor. He told me it was an average repair (difficultly wise) and I could easily fix it myself with a few you youtube videos. So he printed out the directions and told me it might not even be the issue. It could be either dirty or just a bad tube. He insisted I shouldn't jump the gun and go replace it immediately( to save me money). In the 7 minutes I spent with this man I gained more knowledge about automobiles than I gathered throughout my entire life. He is a very honest, hard working, and charming man. If you were wondering what his name was it's JAY. So if you happen to need help and you're a complete dunce with anything automobile related (like myself lol) stop in and ask for him. He will save you money, time , and give you knowledge that I felt what priceless. Thanks again Jay. If you're not the manager the owners of this company need to move you up. As you walk to the prominent service counter you notice a comforting odor of WD40 and engine oil, think of it as a sign. These guys get straight to the point, provide insight and help on questions you have, often everything you need in stock by a quality brand and at competitive pricing.
