They have all your automotive needs from batteries, parts, windshield wipers, car cleaning and detailing products, oil...you get it. They were well stocked and the store was clean and organized. There was plenty of staff on hand to assist the customers and the prices are reasonable. COVID-19: There was a note on the door indicating that all patrons MUST wear a mask or face covering. No problem, however, upon entering, it was clear that no one was following this mandate. There were a couple employees with a mask, but that was it. The manager was walking around swiping the employees foreheads with a themometer and laughing. Shameful! Take it seriously and follow through on the safty procedures and policy, or ignore it, but it was very unprofessional to make a joke of the current situation. read more

We woke up Sunday morning to a dead car battery. Fortunately we were able to get it going with a jump and visited our local Advance Auto Parts so they could test the battery. It needed to be replaced and they not only recommended the right one but also installed it free of charge. My only wish was that they would wear masks to help protect others. read more

219/100 in 2016 challenge Nothing special. Nothing stands out about this location. In a heavy construction area at the moment. Heavy pothole area. Went in this location for a front window sun visor. Was not greeted when I entered. One other customer was being helped by the gentlemen at the front counter. The other gentlemen working was on a personal phone call explaining how his mom brought his grandmother a new Kia and then proceed to ask him if you wanted the grandmother's other car even enough he has a car. He explained sure, he was taking it and going to use one the weekends and the other during the week. Then, he decide he would take he personal call to the back and I never saw him again. After finding the visor I needed, I walked around the store a few more minutes since I needed to wait for the one employee working to get through with the customer he was helping. The store looked clean and organized. Seemed high priced to me. I walked up to the register when the other customer was finished and still was not greeted nor did he ask me if I needed help or did I find everything I was looking for. Granted I hate being up sold anything, but a little interaction goes a long way. Auto supplies dealers in St. Cloud seem to be on every other block so I think because of the construction area and the non existence of customer service I will try a different store. read more

Rudest encounter lv had at any parts store (by the manager) as soon as I walked in and told him what the engine was in my truck he told me I should take it out and put it in something else and then I would have something of worth. So that was rude off the bat then l asked him for a brake line fitting and on the new line he told me that it needed a bubble flare I told him that I have a flaring kit and he asked me again am I sure I have the right flaring tool. Basically making me out to be a dumbass. Other than being on the worst road in Orlando 192 it's a good location. Customer service is excellent. I got what I needed after I maneuvered through the parking lot. I'm only picking at this place because they're doing construction and the entrance SHADY. It's a somewhat older advance auto store but had what I needed. Out read more
