I moved here from Chicago this December and recently received my new Florida license plate. While…read moretrying to install it, however, the bolts on my Honda Element broke. I consider myself fairly handy, but I struggled to remove the screws that held my old license plate on for the past 12 years. I even tried drilling them out, bought a special tool to remove the broken bolts, and watched multiple YouTube videos for guidance but didn't have any luck. Frustrated, I decided to search for mechanics in Sun City Center. I found a few and made some phone calls. One mechanic offered a fair rate for his time, while another quoted me between $50 and $100 and required an appointment to be seen. I then came across Pablo and Brad Auto Xperts. After reading their positive reviews, I decided to drive to their shop without an appointment to see if they could help. Upon entering their office, I was greeted by a friendly and courteous employee. I explained my situation, and she promptly went to find someone to assist me. A technician came out, assessed the issue, and helped me mount my rear license plate. He was friendly and genuinely wanted to help. When I asked how much I owed him, he replied, "Nothing; we did it as a courtesy." I was truly blown away by this kindness. In Chicago, I had many options for mechanics, but in Florida, I don't know anyone yet. Thank you, Pablo and Brad Auto Xperts, for your kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help. You have definitely earned my business!

As I try and fix things myself, I went in looking for a Freon kit for my Nissan. I was greeted by another member who was kind enough to show me what I needed. Upon checkout, Mr. Tad explained how to add the Freon since it was my first time. He described what to look for, how to install properly and how to avoid overfilling. Upon checking out, he walked me out and showed me exactly where to attach the hose and walked me through the entire process again. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable and patient. I am thankful he is with you and that he is honest. Thanks again to Mr. Tad for taking such good care of me. He saved me a lot of time and frustration! Coen and Ethan helped check the code, explained it was a misfire, and talked me through the possible fixes. When I asked what a shop might charge, they explained it was something I could probably handle myself. I've never replaced plugs or coils before, so they took the time to explain the process and what I'd need, and once I felt comfortable, I went and did the work myself. As I worked, they were available to answer questions and talk me through anything I wasn't sure about. I replaced all four plugs and coils, and the car runs smooth now. What impressed me most is that they didn't just sell me parts and send me on my way. They took time to educate me and answer my questions and make sure I understood, and it was honestly an awesome customer service experience. I'm sure they saved me a lot of money, and that's the kind of service that makes me want to come back to this AutoZone.
