Expecting people to stand out there for 20 minutes in the Florida sun is insane. It's bad for business. Corporate, regional managers, the suits, talking to you here: Put in a sunshade. Notice how every self-service car wash in Florida is shaded? It's because no one would go there if it wasn't. This autozone even faces north! Meaning a sunshade would solve the problem 100% of the time you are open! Also, I did the math and a sunshade would actually be cheaper(!) than an ER visit for heat stroke. JJ and the rest of your employees are carrying your whole leadership team. The least you can do is put up a tarp and give them a safe place to work.
