However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

The worker looked me in the face and said, "We are about to close, so I don't want to do it." I was completely blown away by the sheer laziness, and by how someone wouldn't do what their literal job is. See, they advertise that with a battery purchase you get a free installation. Apparently not. I returned the battery I bought, jumped my wife's car, and drove straight to AutoZone where I bought from them. Unlike at O'Reilly's, they were happy to assist a paying customer and installed it in less than 10 minutes! I even slipped the guy an extra $20 for just helping us out. I will never go to O'Reilly's ever again and will always go to their competitor.

It all started when my AC went out to the woods and decided not to come back so I made a phone call and the Receptionist informed me that there was no way they could take me in, when I explained that this time I was out of State and I wanted to speak with the Manager she gave me his name and location and lo and behold he called me an hour later. Because I explained I was an out of towner in distress with an RV that needed service he listened to my explanation and promised me he would squeeze me in since it was a simple issue. Two days later I showed up and Linda took us in, oh boy if you need to explain your problem and have someone to listed to, that is Linda! two hours later I am on the road again. Thank you Mr David Cisneros your team is something I have never seen in other dealerships around the Country. Josh did a great job and refilled my AC tank with "freon" or whatever gas is needed for my AC to cool the cab. I can not over stress how much care and love we got from Linda that was covering for Frank currently vacationing in London, she should get that position permanently because of her "angel" and let Frank stay in London, we don't need him here! if there is someone like Linda to take care of the Sprinters All in all I wish you were a mile from my home instead of careless money greedy Baker Vans, you know who they are. EL and his guys always do a great job, so I wasn't thrilled to have to get out of my comfort zone and find a new place. But with the summer heat in North Carolina, about the last thing you want not working in your vehicle is the air conditioning. I read the glowing reviews of Choice Auto Care on Yelp, and elsewhere, and decided to give them a shot. I am glad I did. Don was quick to get me in, and then out, and the job was done right - and VERY timely. He reminded me of my long-time mechanic from when I lived in South Florida. In fact, the two could almost be twins. It's a little further in distance than I usually go - in fact, I can walk to my 'regular' guy - but I highly suggest Don and the staff at CAC. It is never enjoyable having to get certain repairs done, but if you are going to spend hundreds of dollars for a fix, it's nice to know places exist that will do the job right, and not screw you over trying to upsell and still give great customer service.
