This was a few days from thanksgiving, and first couple places I called wasn't able to squeeze us in. This place was! Khalid saw the van, found the problem, and his brother Muhammad confirmed it and showed me the replacement part. The oil filter housing is made of plastic so over time it will crack and leak. Seems to be a common problem for this engine that fortunately they had the part on hand. Ram dealership also confirmed it's a common issue. Anyways, it was a big job, so wasn't cheap, but they were able to give it replaced with an aluminum part which is recommended so this won't happen again, and best of all, that day. We're completely grateful we were able to make to home in time for thanksgiving. Lastly, big thanks to Muhammad for loaning us a car. When he saw that we weren't local and were traveling with dogs, he lent us a car, no charge, so we can get to a motel. And one more thing, I had the van inspected at the Ram dealership, and there said no leaks or any issues for the oil filter housing, so the install was done well!

I've been here for batteries for the car, other random parts and car accessories. I will say they always have seemed to have knowledgeable workers on staff and that is appreciated. They are on the expensive end however and the lines do move slowly once you are waiting to be checked out. I've always felt that they should have a line for inquiries and looking up parts and a line for check of. Out only. Merging them together makes the wait times really long sometimes. Overall it's a mid sized location and does the trick for what you may need. For the longest time autozone was kinda unopposed in the okolona area. Recently In The last few years an oreillys has moved in down the street. Which to me as a consumer is nice to shop around and have options.

I wasn't sure what to do - find my brand somewhere else? The clerk said he had other comparable quality brand parts with the same or near same price and guarantee. The clerk seemed experienced, helpful, knowledgeable and also reassured me if I found a problem I could return them. So I purchased the parts. I'm happy to say We installed the parts and worked great. A few parts were not needed. I found returning the unnecessary parts with ease. Note; By request They also offer to walk outside to perform battery checks, light bulbs and fuse installation at no additional charge. Which I find to be helpful.

Let me preface by saying this first. The work they did was done the last week of January this year. Ever since then i have had issues with my car. I understand it is now the end of june but i have not had the money to take my car to a shop to get looked at as we moved across the country to colorado in february. The car was towed on a dolly during our move, so it was not driven across the country. Thankfully with some assistance from my amazing mother i was able to buy a car shortly after moving here and my beetle (the car they worked on) has mostly been sitting since we moved. After getting my REAR brakes worked on in january i left the shop the first time and i couldn't stop my car without pressing the brake petal all the way to the floor (almost as if the brakes were not bled). I brought the car back immediately and after they looked at it again and was told i needed to take it to a VW dealership because they couldnt fix the issue. They bled the brakes and the issue was slightly better but not much better at all. I still had to push the brake petal down a significant amount. I then took a short trip to etown and then my FRONT tire almost fell completely off. Every single lug nut was not properly tightened down and due to this THREE of them fell off while i was driving. Thankfully it happened when i got into etown and not while going down boston road, as the road is curvy and lined with trees on both sides. Then not even a month after this work was done, the car began to make a horrible grinding sound on the left rear side (the side on which the brakes where worked on). By this time i had already moved to colorado so taking the car back to them was not an option. And i had just gotten my new (used) car at this point so like i stated earlier thats why the car has sat until now. Fast forward to now... I now finally have enough money to get the car taken to get looked at. Well here are the findings of what was done by them. The left rear caliper bolt is missing, this is causing metal on metal grinding. I will now need new brake pads, calipers and rotors. This is going to cost me $1,300. This is all due to the half ass work done by quick care. I am extremely upset as i do not have the money to even come close to fixing this issue and will end up having to sell the car due to this. This was the first car i ever purchased by myself so i am extremely upset that i will now have to sell it. I am extremely disappointed in quick care as i have had a few oil changes done by them and had an excellent experience every time, well until now. So... if you want good work done, steer clear of quick care.

I was driving to college it was perfectly fine until 6:40 pm it blew up and went up in flames. I ask the manager Jason for a refund but he told me and I quote "I don't know how to handle that I got to talk to the owner" my insurance company is only giving $3,100 for my car if I could give this company a rating -10 stars because I almost got killed and it's pretty sad I almost lost my life and my car and nobody doesn't care about. I even have the receipt for fixing my car they can't give me any money. And to show for I got nothing out of it everyone else got money.
