During the really bad weather I got new wiper blades and the employee installed them. I remembered…read morethat people always have trouble with the adapter, as did this employee. He decided not to use any adapter. That didn't seem right, but it was really cold. In about a week a plastic part of one of the blades broke. And then in another week, both parts broke and the blade came off. S*** happens. What matters to me a lot is how the business responds. I took the blade in and showed Tyler that it was broken. Without my even asking, he said it would be replaced. When I explained that I thought it broke because it was installed without an adapter. He agreed. Replaced and installed two new blades. And is the first person (of 4) putting new blades on this car who figured out immediately how the adapter worked. I go out of my way to go to this store. Big call out to Tyler for courtesy and competence!

And it depends upon the person in the store that day - some of the kids they hire don't have much of a clue and I've had some attitude on some occasions, but mostly the staff have been good. Parts wise, it you're working on something American, then you're probably sorted - I'm not, so you just never know. Otherwise, I might have to go to Rollier's (which is even less likely to have what I need), or take the trek out to Harbor Freight (more likely, but less quality). That said, my experiences in other chains like O'Reilly's has been pretty poor, and this location is walking distance, so I'll definitely go here versus anywhere else.

I walked into O'Reilly's one day to pick up headlights for my car and immediately I could tell the employees actually cared about helping me and not just getting a big sale. They helped me find all the items I needed and even offered to change my headlights for me FOR FREE. I was overjoyed. I have recommended this location to so many people and I have been back so many times since. Whenever I have any car needs, I will always check here first! Everyone is so helpful and I love knowing that they genuinely want to help me instead of getting a sale.

Unbelievable experience, and a great example of horrendous management…read more I purchased a 5 quart container of synthetic oil. I did not look closely at the oil for approximately one week, when I attempted to change the oil in my vehicle. At that time I noticed that the container contained used oil. I returned to the store and attempted to exchange this. I was flabbergasted that the management basically accused me of intentionally trying to return oil that I had used. The reasoning was "we would never sell that at our store". Obviously they would not purposefully sell me a 5 quart container of used oil. However, (as I told the manager), I in fact walked out of The store with a 5 quart container of what turned out to be used oil. Makes no difference to me how that happened, I just know that it did. I surely didn't appreciate being accused of making the story up. As I also informed the manager, I've been a loyal customer, spending lots of money over the past 10 years. Obviously no more. This is an example of poor, poor management.

I thought maybe because he walked in first. We go to the paint touch up section and grab what I need and go to check out. The whole time I'm trying to pay for the product the male cashier (with no teeth) talked to my boyfriend the entire time and did not acknowledge me. Then as we go to leave he told my boyfriend to have a good evening and didn't even look me in the eye. So rude considering he doesn't even have his license and doesn't know anything about cars. Treat women better, we aren't stupid and know about cars too. Other than that they had the product I was looking for.
