Thanks to to staff at this location i almost got into a nasty accident. I told them the part I…read moreneeded and spent over $200 and then when the part they sold me broke down 20 minutes later I almost got smacked in an intersection and had to pay$100 for a tow. When I called them to find out why they sold me the wrong part the response I got was " it might work and it might not work" when I took the part back to get my money back I asked the question again just to clarify and she said "yea well we thought it might work" I could've died and had they originally told me "it might work" when I purchased the part I NEVER WOULDVE OUR PURCHASED IT!!! when it comes to cars you can't go on "it MIGHT" NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN BUY WASHER FLUID...they could've reimbursed my tow costs since it was technically their negligence that caused it.id give ZERO STARS if allowed. He "promised" to get me an answer the next day. (My rental was costing 1000 per week). No call the next day. I called. He was on staff and said that we would receive a call first thing Monday. No call. I called and learned the manager was off Monday. I called and asked for the owner. He never called back. My spouse called the next day and asked for a call back. No call back. The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.

Every time I'm there I am reminded of why I continue to take my cars there. Everyone there asks me if I need anything, have I been helped, how can I be helped. They never recommend services that I don't need, and if I have questions they take the time to show me the answers respectfully. Also I really appreciate their new service acknowledgement system. I can agree by text or call if I have questions. Super easy, convenient & technologically impressive.
