I would've left this alone until I go to the other advanced auto on route 7 and the counter guy Steve there was acting like none the computers worked for me to look up parts but miraculously their competes and credit card machine worked for the other 4 customers. The counter guy had an attitude but goes out of his way to call the other store to break my chops cuz I left his store shows, he's more eager to screw with a customer by calling other branches rather then just drop that I walked out your store cuz you acting like a prick.. Well you proved beyond a doubt. I'll deff reach out to corporate. Go buy your parts on ROCKAUTO.COM or EBAY motors. Com less then half the price advanced auto charges and a WHOLE lot LESS attitude.

No call. I called and learned the manager was off Monday. I called and asked for the owner. He never called back. My spouse called the next day and asked for a call back. No call back. The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.

Dealers can be pushy, then you have to negotiate price, and after you sign the paperwork; you never hear from them again, especially if you need their help. I recently moved to Oneonta and visited Country Club Motors. I found a home town experience alongside the right price. Very easy to work with and not pushy. After I signed and left the lot, the sales team continued to work with me as if they were trying to earn a sale. Most impressed I've been by a dealership's sales team. I worked with Jesse and I highly recommend him.

Bought a 2022 hyundai tucson brand new. At about 36,500 miles the ac stopped working in the middle…read moreof summer. Had to wait a month for the soonest appt to have the car fixed. Being as its the summer and not having ac i asked for loaner and was told they only give them out for cars that don't run. In addition, they expect me to make 4 trips back and forth with no ac to repair the car. Each trip back and forth is an hour and 20min. This means I'll bee spending 5 hours in total drive time to get this repaired. One trip back and forth was for diagnosis, 2nd trip was to pick up car from diagnosis while part is ordered. 3 rd trip will be to drop off car for the actual repair and the 4th trip will be to pick up the car once the repair is done. I also asked for them to rent a car which they would not as well. Although they did give me a ride home and back to the dealer, both the service manager and general manager seem to think this is acceptable customer service. To spend a total of 6 weeks, time from making my appt to repair completion, without air conditioning in the hottest time if year is completely unacceptable.

Within a very short time I realized how super intelligent and confident Elise was, we looked at several of your used Subaru vehicles and drove a couple before we left and within 24 hours we were back to drive a 1922 green Forester and of course the end of the story is Elise knew what we could afford and how unhappy we were with the 2022 Nissan we wanted to trade in. After test driving the Forester we immediately signed paperwork and this story has a happy ending. we took it for a long drive and couldn't be happier. So to the dealership, we say thank you for your quality of service and hope it never changes. This is our second Subaru Forester and hopefully not our last.

They botched the instalation of my hitch cut out so bad ,it looked like they used scissors to cut through plastic. When I informed Stephen Murphy I was un happy he avoided the issue for a whole year and then kept on avoiding the issue . The owner personally insulted me calling me a cry baby also telling me I wasn't a man . The owner also demanded to know what I did for a living and when I told him it was none of his buisness he also called me rude. I will never buy a subaru ever again due to the way I was treated by these people . With subaru five star service stops at the buck and I would recommend buying any other car. Subaru will treat you like dirt!!!!
