There's plenty of water, a coffee machine, TVs, workstations for anyone who needs to get some work done, vending machines for snacks, and a kids' room filled with toys. The owner and staff have done an amazing job creating an environment that is pleasant, welcoming, and comfortable. Even if you have to stay while your car is being serviced, they make you feel right at home. Bravo to the owner and the entire staff for making this possible! The last 3 years have been a different story. Every time I bring my car in, prices are unreasonable, with added expenses we didn't discuss before service. I have to negotiate literally every time I bring my car in, and I leave feeling swindled consistently. To say this place has become a scam is an understatement. The prices are arbitrary, and they can never tell me what work was actually done on the car. I most recently dealt with Michael for car service. I dropped my car off at 9am and then reached out to Toyota to check in at 3:30pm because I hadn't heard anything. I got a receptionist, who said Michael had a line of customers at his desk and that he'd get back to me. I immediately received an automated text message to approve or deny a list of services (that were not the reason I needed service on that particular day), and they never even addressed my issue. I waited until 4pm to call back, nearing the end of the work day because I needed to pick up my car by close and I was nervous they now wouldn't have time to address my issue. They'd had the car already for 7 hours without actually addressing the issue, only for Michael to call me around 4:30pm to say they can't help me. More accurately, I was given two options, 1) Toyota cannot help me because I had work done with "aftermarket parts" (these parts were installed by Toyota when I purchased my car, mind you), so I'd have to bring my car elsewhere, or 2) They would charge me an indiscriminate amount to remove all the fully-functioning "aftermarket" parts because "maybe" it would get them one step closer to addressing my issue - no guarantee it would solve anything but I'd be charged a great deal more money, have functioning parts removed to potentially also cause more issues without necessarily solving the original issue. I asked if a third option was available, one that could have been a fairly simple fix - and one that was recommended by another Toyota Service Center as the first step in solving the problem, and he said he'd never heard of such a thing. I explained that I'd contacted this other Toyota, and they said to start with this third option. Michael said, "If that was an option, the service technician would've given it to [him]." I asked if he could check in with the technician, and he refused several times. When I brought this up upon collecting my unserviced vehicle, he claimed that "he's not racist, but the technician is Chinese and doesn't speak English," so it wouldn't have helped anyone even if he had asked about the third option as I requested. Michael then went on to charge me $149 for labor (not the full $199 he "should've" charged me, as he pointed out for me to be grateful), despite nothing being addressed or accurately diagnosed on my vehicle. When asked how long the vehicle was looked at and what exactly I was being charged for, Michael couldn't answer. After years of feeling disrespected at this location, this was my final straw. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere.

And BMW Sudbury was my last stop, 5th dealer. So, Without much expectation, I went to the BMW Sudbury and met Jordan. Jordan was different. From the start, he made sure it was all about what I wanted. He did not pressure me towards any car, and he did not play the price game. He listened to what I said, and He found me the car with all the features that I wanted within the budget. Jordan turned the stressful car purchasing to fun and exciting experience. Only to be called back and told the vehicle had been sold to an auction. I'm not upset with Charlie. Bu I am incredibly frustrated with every mother aspect of this dealership. The lack of communication, the lack of respect for a perspective customer. I suppose if I were to find out that this is how this dealership conducts themselves then it's probably best I did so having NOT bought the car.

We live down the Cape and my wife was visiting her mother in her hometown of Waltham and Lexington when she got a nail in her tire. She was told her to bring it to Tom Lyons Firestone which is now Sullivan Tire. After fifteen to twenty minutes before they acknowledge she was there they told to bring it back tomorrow and they could not fix it today. She was then told she had to move her car though at that time it was flat. She asked if they could fill her tire so she could make it home. After another twenty minutes' no one came out to help her. I was on my way from the Cape that was at least another twenty to thirty minutes filled her tire with a pump and we went to Hogan Tire. At Hogan Tire we were greeted right off and the service manager and every one of your staff was just Awesome. After a short wait you had her car done and she was out the door in less then thirty minutes.
