But me and my…read morewife came in and one of your employees james was not very nice not only to my wife treating her as though she was stupid and didn't know anything But also was very ignorant to his employees and to other customers. The way he talks to them is ridiculous. This did not happen today. This happened a couple of weeks ago.\nI thought about not even leaving a review and my wife & me were even thinking, oh, it's no harm, but Then we thought you know autozone needs to know about this. This happened on the 3500 s & 3200 w store in wvc. Ut so whoever the district managers are , and whoever corporate is, I would like them to know how lazy their employee is, and how rude and ignorant, he is because this is not only happened one time this has happened several times when we have gone in there and when I myself have gone in there to pick up several parts for my truck and car And when i've gone in there with buddies. This guy has Brown hair is short and kind of round. I don't know if he is a regular employee or if he is a manager or what but should not be talking to anybody like the way that he has ever or my wife , like the way he did. My wife trying to explain to him the type of engine we had\n And trying to tell him that we just bought an alternator and we didn't need one as he was insistent on it and then me having to step in and say something was ridiculous. He's lucky.I only said something instead of more. Like, I said, this is happened more than one.In fact , it's happened more than probably four or five times. Corporate needs to fix this. Corporate needs to come down, and they probably need to sit with every single employee, they probably need to ask everybody and honestly, they should probably ask every customer that comes in. If this guy is rude or nice, because sometimes when I've even came in, all he does is sit on his fat butt. And then gets mad at the other employees then gets up.

So good, so fair and so honest. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG with these guys.

When I brought it back, they identified an issue involving the pinion seal, collar, and rear differential. I asked whether the problem could have been related to the previous work. What impressed me most was that they didn't take the easy route and simply say, "That's not our problem." Instead, they took the time to discuss the possible causes, consult other repair shops for additional opinions, and work with me to find the right solution. Most importantly, they made it right. They went above and beyond to take care of me, helped arrange a rental vehicle at a great price, and worked hard to complete the repair as quickly as possible. That's what superior customer service looks like. It's not just about getting the job right the first time. It's about how you treat your customers when something unexpected happens. Jake's demonstrated that they stand behind their work, do the right thing, and genuinely care about their customers. I can't say enough good things about Jake's, especially the ownership. They've earned a loyal customer for life, and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone who needs automotive work. This is exactly what I've always hoped for in a relationship with a repair shop. Go see these guys. You won't regret it!

This will be long because these guys deserve a proper review. We were in town from Las Vegas and…read morewere staying in Provo. All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!
