Customer service is excellent here. The issue is this place is expensive!! Same item here is $7 more than Walmart. Wow!

Never buy from this place. Terrible customer service. They hide behind a ridiculous return policy and say "sorry, sucks to be you".

I'm not sure if they had a limit of how many people could be in the store at one time, because of the Covid-19 because people where just walking in. I noticed right away that there was a barricade of bins right by the cash registers, with the credit card reader sitting on top of the bins. Registers didn't have the plexi glass in front, so I'm guessing this is their way of providing social distancing. I was helped right away, and when they asked me what kind of car I had, I said I didn't know. The gentleman behind the counter was willing to walk outside, and get my vin number, and started to do that when I stopped him, and said "I have a picture of it on my phone", which I handed him He looked up the part, gave me two options, I asked him what the difference was and he explained it. I chose one, he rang me up. I used the credit card reader, and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. No problems, fast service.

Well there really isn't any lines, so you'll just need to jump to the nearest counter that was available. I waited like maybe 5-10 mins and finally a counter was opened. I walked up like 5 seconds after a customer left...the guy ignored me, checked his phone text and then went on to make a personal call to his "babe". He had like 5-10 min call ignoring me, while I stood there seeing if anyone else is available. After he finally finish talking on his phone, he told me the part I needed and told me where to go and get it. I stepped away for a couple of mins, came back and he was on his phone again. I just set down the parts and left. Went to autozone which was like a street away and got better service.

AutoZone - freaking ridiculous Saturday line in this hardworking but corporate understaffed store

But me and my…read morewife came in and one of your employees james was not very nice not only to my wife treating her as though she was stupid and didn't know anything But also was very ignorant to his employees and to other customers. The way he talks to them is ridiculous. This did not happen today. This happened a couple of weeks ago.\nI thought about not even leaving a review and my wife & me were even thinking, oh, it's no harm, but Then we thought you know autozone needs to know about this. This happened on the 3500 s & 3200 w store in wvc. Ut so whoever the district managers are , and whoever corporate is, I would like them to know how lazy their employee is, and how rude and ignorant, he is because this is not only happened one time this has happened several times when we have gone in there and when I myself have gone in there to pick up several parts for my truck and car And when i've gone in there with buddies. This guy has Brown hair is short and kind of round. I don't know if he is a regular employee or if he is a manager or what but should not be talking to anybody like the way that he has ever or my wife , like the way he did. My wife trying to explain to him the type of engine we had\n And trying to tell him that we just bought an alternator and we didn't need one as he was insistent on it and then me having to step in and say something was ridiculous. He's lucky.I only said something instead of more. Like, I said, this is happened more than one.In fact , it's happened more than probably four or five times. Corporate needs to fix this. Corporate needs to come down, and they probably need to sit with every single employee, they probably need to ask everybody and honestly, they should probably ask every customer that comes in. If this guy is rude or nice, because sometimes when I've even came in, all he does is sit on his fat butt. And then gets mad at the other employees then gets up.

There was one guy at the counter that was doing some paper works and he didn't really want to help me. He just kind of snob me off and then pointed to the direction I need to go. I know in other places such as oreiley and autozone those people can look up your car information and tell you exactly what you need. Well apparently no one offered me this. Instead I was standing by the bulb section staring at my phone googling to see what I need. Many people walked passed me with the blue Napa polo shirts and no help was offered until this nice guy who saw me and asked if I needed any help with my confused look in my eyes. He quickly found what I need on the computer and right when I was about to check out another problem occurred. Apparently right here no one is allowed to help you with anything for your car. Again I will be comparing it to autozone and o Reilly....they have both helped me replace bulbs/battery packs/other stuff. I wouldn't recommend people to come to this Napa auto parts especially if you are a novice at car part replacements. Go to oreiley or autozone which is right down the street.

Standing there for several minutes, I looked further to the back of the store and saw three employees plus a customer standing around a car battery on the ground. I don't understand why or how they were incapable of noticing the other customers. In fact, two more employees emerged from the back to also walk over and stare down at the battery. (!!!) I will never know what was so engaging about the battery, but it required *everyone's* attention and *everyone* had to stare at it. Two guys even tapped it with their shoes. Heck, as I stood there waiting, I, too, stared at the damn battery. After being invisible for five minutes, I finally cut the air and asked one of the men, "Um excuse me, may I get my merchandise so I can leave?" Whoa. I had broken the magic spell that the car battery held over all five of the men. For a split second they were freed from the battery's trance. One guy broke away to hand me my purchase order, while the rest of the fellas stayed huddled around the stupid m*f*'ing battery. Four stars for AutoZone carrying good products. One star for today's crummy service.
