Wish I could give zero stars. Went here to get an oil change, dropped my car at my appt time to a…read morerude lady at the front counter, and they kept my car for 1.5 hours and did not even do anything!! They cancelled my service online (didn't call or reach out to me directly) after having my car for 1.5 hours. I go to the counter to see why they cancelled, and they said that they could not get the oil plug off and did not have a replacement if the oil plug broke, but they did say that they gave me a new filter. I left and realized my oil was leaking super bad! Took my car elsewhere and they said the oil was leaking from the new filter and they had no problem taking the plug off. So, Walmart sacrificed me burning up my engine and actually made the problem 10X worse than it was. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you care about your car at all, take it to a REAL service center and not a Walmart!!

No customer should ever be called a "bitch" when they're simply trying to purchase parts. That level of disrespect is unacceptable in any business, let alone one that claims to serve hardworking people who rely on their cars. Beyond the insult, their prices are higher than competitors, their inventory is unreliable, and the staff seems more interested in dismissing customers than helping them. After this experience, I will never return to Napa Auto Parts. If you want to be treated with basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs.
