They cancelled my service online (didn't call or reach out to me directly) after having my car for 1.5 hours. I go to the counter to see why they cancelled, and they said that they could not get the oil plug off and did not have a replacement if the oil plug broke, but they did say that they gave me a new filter. I left and realized my oil was leaking super bad! Took my car elsewhere and they said the oil was leaking from the new filter and they had no problem taking the plug off. So, Walmart sacrificed me burning up my engine and actually made the problem 10X worse than it was. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you care about your car at all, take it to a REAL service center and not a Walmart!!
