I have some…read moreuncommon requirements for a hitch on a minivan and tried a bunch of places that told me what I was asking for couldn't even be done (even though I had it done to an earlier model year of the same van). Not only did Cap Connection understand what I needed, but it was the most professional-looking hitch installation I've ever had done to a vehicle, and the customer service was top notch. It's too bad that this type of service isn't a recurring event, because I'd really like an excuse to go back there and give them my business.

I have 8 cars and have been going to autozone for 10+ years. They have the lowest prices around and their store is well stocked. I only go else where if they don't have my part (which is very rare). I think the best way to gauge the quality of an auto parts store is how they treat me when I come…read morein for something cheap. They aren't going to make a lot of money on me, and I don't know what I'm doing so it would be easy to swindle me, dismiss me, not be very helpful. I just bought a 2011 Audi A2, and could not figure out how to put on a front license plate (required in Wisconsin, not in Illinois where I bought it) so that the plate wouldn't bend in a car wash or harsh weather. Instead of treating me like a simpleton, the young fellow here acted like it was a perfectly reasonable question, showed me where the license plate holders were, showed me how to put it on, patiently explained the tool I would need. I spent less than $10 and I don't even need the Youtoobs. Well, I spent only $10 THIS time, I'll be back. One thing the do that I'll need having bought an unusual old car is their computer hook up service, they will read your car's error light and tell you what you need. Thus, I can walk into my mechanic's garage not looking like a total moron maybe with the part I need.

Went back Tuesday and at first the lady said they didn't have any cars that matched mine but on Sunday there were at least 7 different cars, then she looked and gave me 2 cars to look at. When I asked about the one from sunday and I was told they threw it away...why. if your throwing money away then they might as well give it to me for free...the lady found it in the garbage but I had to go back and get the side pieces and then they charged me $47 for the part, when I could of gotten it for $24.25 on Sunday. I called and the lady was rude, tried arguing with my wife, and was clearly lying about the price. She kept insisting the climate control and bezzle was 2 different pieces so I was charged $35 for climate control and $10 for the bezzle but the kicker is that in my truck its all 1 piece and if they were separate, it would be broken, so make that make sense. They will scam you when they can then argue with you about the price. Bad business.
