I must say, I didn't expect to get the customer service that I did. I went in during rainy weather and the store was empty. The gentleman that attended me was in uniform, shorts and a shirt sleeve shirt. He was very attentive and greeted me at the door. We began making small talk and he told me that he was about to pull a double-shift because his partner called in. Regardless, he had a positive attitude and helped me find the windshield wipers I was looking for. Many different prices where available and he took the time to tell me the difference between them. I chose the priciest, which he said would last 4 years, but he didn't push me to get the priciest, that was my choice.
He offered to install them for me at no additional cost. I agreed, since it was raining, and he stepped out in shorts and short sleeve shirt to install them. Great job, the wipers work like a charm. I recommend this place highly. read more
