And I and so pleased they have a customer for life. I called and ask about 1 main thing I was looking at getting work done on and I briefly mentioned something else that I had a question about and they went above and beyond to get my other issue resolved as well. And with a great central location it makes it nice and easy to get here to get work done. I certainly hope the previous people who had bad experiences did contact management about their issues. With that being said, I can only go by what my experience was this past Tuesday when I had to go in to get my tires put on. It wasn't overly crowded which I was happy about, and I actually had an appointment-we are long time customers and have had alot of vehicles brought here for tires. We don't go anywhere else. I was waited on by Matthew, who I thought was very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked him he either knew or found the answer for me. I was able to get tires while the rebates were going on so that was a plus. I had brought a book to read thinking I may be there a couple hours, but I think it was pretty quick-maybe an hour total to get the tires on & check alignment. The place is big and spread out, I found the chairs comfortable, and though I didn't get coffee there was a coffee station. Also, don't want to forget to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4-5 guys behind the counters & I thought I'd get ignored(has happened other places)but they all told me they'd be with me shortly. That was a nice change to be acknowledged that your standing there! Anyway, the place seemed clean and I was comfortable waiting. I thought they'd try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and that wasn't the case. Maybe it's because tires are not cheap lol! We'll see over the next week how worth it getting new tires worked out to be! Tire rotations are free if you get your tires here so that's a plus.

Wow! What a great experience!…read more I recently leased a vehicle from here and I've never been so educated on the process. This is my 6th leased vehicle and I learned so much from my salesman, Dave Crowder. He was patient, informative and made sure he found the right buyer for my trade-in. I test drove 3 vehicles and he walked me through each one. With Dave's persistence I got the exact vehicle I was looking for with additional options, color, interior, etc. I never felt rushed and doing business at the end of the month is always tricky. It also doesn't hurt when your salesman has a sense of humor too! I highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a GMC or Buick walk in and ask for Dave Crowder.

Instead, I took it to Oreillys to get a second option on the scan. There it was- Lost Communication With Engine Coolant Pump Control Module and my emission status now says yellow, whereas before this accident, it was green. Of course they said it was my fault. No emission light came while they were running the codes. I find that extremely hard to believe. Take it or leave it as far the service center goes, I am just stating my own experience.

Serra is a completely different dealership with no concern for you or your vehicle. We worked directly with the Serra Disservice Manager, Chris B. Chris was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Chris has no concern for the customer & terrible communication during the entire process. We took our vehicle to Serra to have service performed & without doing any diagnostic work on the vehicle Serra Service tried to get a new engine from our Max-Care Warranty, rather than to perform the engine repair. With our vehicle having the Max Care Warranty, Serra Service assumed they could make additional money off the warranty group by replacing the entire engine on our vehicle. By doing this, Serra Service triggered a buyout from Max-Care which cancelled our warranty coverage & left us with a vehicle that still needs repaired & they charged us over $1000 for this disservice. Please do not make the same mistake that we made & take your vehicle to Serra Disservice!
