These guys are assholes. They do not list the length of their hood supports on their ads because they send you the wrong ones. I ordered them for a 2004 Kia Optima, but they are about 7 inches longer than OEM and will not work for the hood. I contacted them right away, but they just basically brushed me off. I had to buy the correct supports from another seller, and I have given these guys plenty of time to look into this. Their response is that it was sent to Quality Control Dept and waiting to hear from them. Basically that is their way of hoping you will just forget about it and not contact them again. Well, I am back after attempting to give them a 2nd chance to correct their wrong and not sell the wrong parts to unsuspecting buyers. Now I am not going to be nice about it at all. I have reported them to Ebay, next will be the B.B.B. and Amazon. Hope this steers potential buyers from this shady company. Trust me I am not the only one! Bought a torque kit that was to include all mounting hardware. Of course, no mounting hardware came. This wouldn't have been so bad if it was a one time thing, but other reviews online say they tried pulling the same scam with other customers. Clearly they are trying to have the appearance of the lowest price and then hoping to get away with not shipping everything as a cost savings. read more

I order from them on Amazon. Said it would arrive by Sept 11, being ordered on aug 31 i figured no problem, along with 5 other items for my truck. Everything else came early or on time. When I emailed the vendor she was very rude in her response. Blaming FedEx and the holiday weekend. I finally found time to install a couple weeks after they came. When I opened them they where high gloss and not matte. They looked super cheap and nothing like the picture in the ad. Last they didn't even fit my truck. So I returned them. I received a text alert saying my refund is processing for $1.10 when my item was 120plus. Now Amazon has an open investigation and I have to wait up to two weeks to get my money back. Avoid this vendor on Amazon and eBay. read more

Brought 'New' wheel speed sensors on eBay. One came used, smelling of solvent (from someone cleaning grease off of it to make it look new, the other was used, damaged and completely covered in grease! Unreal. Returned a part as instructed . Told I would be issued a refund. The part that I was able to use works as it should but they never answer their phone and have not returned my call. The part that I returned was mailed to them on 05/08/17. I am satisfied with useable part and delivery time but very disappointed with follow up response.
