They had no record of it, and the response I received made me feel like I had to show my calendar appointment and the call records. Jason got me in anyway which was nice, and he was very pleasant to work with. My one star is because my cup holder insert was removed from my truck during the servicing!!! I didn't notice right when they finished because it was pouring rain and I was late for work (waited over 90 min). When I got in my car in the afternoon, I saw immediately it was gone. I drove to the shop straight aw y and Jason was there to speak with me. He said the mechanic who serviced my car has a Mazda, so it doesn't make any sense for it to be missing. It's a standard size on ford trucks, I am assuming, so I can imagine someone taking liberties, knowing I can't prove it. On Jason's part, he went to look, but quite in show, because if it was taken, it wouldn't be sitting out as evidence. Took my number but really didn't seem that concerned. They're right, I can't prove it, but it is a real pain in the ass and quite astounding. Long story short, if I can't trust a place with the simple plastic accoutrements in my car, I'm not going to trust them again with my engine.

After I brought him the original quote that I wrote down then he said remembered the quote. So that tells me he just makes up prices and charges what he feels like charging. He seen a woman coming and decided to take advantage of me. I was driving home yesterday and noticed my engine light was back on after he says he fixed it 2 weeks ago and replaced 2 coils. I had to go to another mechanic and have that same coil replaced again. That mechanic called B & D and made them aware of what they had done. This situation was an additional $80.00 cost for me since I had to go to another mechanic. I then called Don and all he said was to bring back the coil. HAHAHA, I'm not that stupid. All he wanted me to do is bring back the coil that was bad so he could get his money back. He did nothing to offer any compensation for the money that I am out now. He tried to say he didn't charge me for the coil. I have a receipt that proves he did. He did nothing but lie from the get go.
