I've been doing business with Market Street Auto Parts ever since 2008, and this one particular time that I came to do business , the owner of the establishment treated me like a criminal . Mind you I wear a shirt and tie and often when I leave the office on my lunch break I go by Market Street to see what parts I can purchase.. there is about six or seven totaled out cars parked in front of the establishment , so I was browsing through the cars I did not touch them nor did I look inside of them I was just looking at the vehicles from a glance . And the owner came out and started shouting you need to go inside why are you out here go talk to them first in front of 2 other Hispanic customers . Then when I went back inside to speak with the representative named (Caesar )who has wonderful customer service .. I notified Caesar that I will be interested in buying 2011 Dodge Challenger Wheels because I've purchased a few sets of Wheels there previously .. he took my information down as always and he said that he will get back to me Cesar is a great guy wonderful person excellent customer service he believes in treating people right. When I walked back out to the parking lot I saw the owner again and he looked at me with a frown and said" I told you to go inside why are you still out here looking at the cars " I stated I have already spoken to (Caesar) about the Dodge Challenger Wheels " he looked at me rudely and he brushed me off and he told me "whatever " I haven't felt this disrespected and years I know this is a very sensitive time in our country and I would not think that an owner would treat such a loyal customer like this after all these years.

It was 6pm and they were very busy with customers who were stressing due to not having power. Mr. Eddie took the time in between customers to change both my headlights! Not bad, especially when you rack up reward points to receive a $20 gift card! When they don't have a sale though I generally stay away unless nowhere else sells the item I need. I've been coming to this location for years and experienced both good and bad service, but most of the time it's good. The employee's here are very knowledgeable and are usually able to help me with what I need. Most of the time it's just getting a free CEL OBD-II diagnostic check, recycling used oil, renting a specialty tool (for free), or searching for a part. I wasn't sure if I purchased the right size, and the person behind the counter offered to verify it himself. I knew how to do it myself, however I wearing a clean bright dress shirt from coming home from work. He went underneath the dash, popped the plastic off, and inspected. Sure enough it was a size too big. It saved me a trip back and about $5.00 (unless you can return unused fuses). Either way, the person behind the counter didn't have to check for me but did anyways. Awesome. Service here isn't usually this good but maybe I'll start coming back here more often.

This is a popular auto parts store located on Federal not far from Interstate 10, and it's in a very low income part of town, so it can be a little expensive, but they usually have what we need, and it's right across from my garage so that helps too.
