The item when quickly located had a minor (seemingly cosmetic) and verified that I still wanted it. I did and was reminded of the warranty if it was proved to be than cosmetic. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. The place was super clean and bright, ample parking and easy to access. If you need their services I highly recommend. Blazing fast to find me what I needed. Horrific at details and keeping their word on delivery…read more First issue was not getting my contact number correctly, Second was promising delivery on a certain day and then on said day telling me it hasn't e even left Albany yet. Promising me delivery the next day (Thursday). Thursday rolls around and I call to confirm as I did the previous day. Only to be told the driver WON'T be able to deliver since it will put him out of his usual route. He (Luis) apologizes and swears up a down that his word is good. Even though Monday he made a promise he couldn't keep. So I call my mechanic and tell him the bad news. He's already upset since we missed the Wednesday "alleged" delivery date. Friday I call and speak with him again and he says, I thought we delivered it yesterday. I'm my head I'm like is he serious? He apologized and told me Friday. I wait on hold and he says, it's been delivered yesterday. I said are you sure? He says yes. I called mechanic and he confirms it was delivered late in the day prior. So why the hell would Bow Auto Parts apologize to me and not even tell me. Hey btw, we got it there for you. If I had to do it again I'd probably seek another place. Proceed with caution.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE…read more Customer service is close to nonexistent, what little interaction you will have is by staff that give the appearance they would rather be anywhere but there doing anything but helping you What is FAR FAR worse however is the OUTRIGHT LIES you will be told in order to get you to buy a part. I needed a BCM for a 96 Jeep. I was advised that it could be returned if it was incompatible with my Jeep. Turns out that I didn't need the part itself, nor could I install it anyway because it would have changed my mileage, AND I would have had to have replaced or reprogrammed the chip I'm my keys. (I was advised of none of this by Herbert's) The day I took it in, with the receipt in hand, to return the part I was advised that they wouldn't return it because it had been obviously tampered with, I was given some B.S. about how they mark their plugs and this one didn't have any of their markings on them, the case itself was pointed out and the guy behind the counter told me it was obviously tampered with, he could tell by looking at it... Then came the giant lie... The same guy that sold me the part in Jan tells me "but even if it wasn't, we can't return stuff like this anyway, we don't have a return policy for computers and brain boxes" I know for a fact the bcm was not tampered with and while pointing this out to the staff and trying to ask clarifying questions I was brushed off and treated like I was trying to scam them. I warned my mechanic that they just accused him of being a thief and he assures me they will not get his companies business anymore. I will NEVER buy another part from them, EVER. I would rather buy a part brand new or over cost than return to this place. They are liars and cons. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The guy came to take it out and said to wait and got the boss who said they would never sell anything that looked like that and I swapped it and I was a liar in front of my grandson. A few days later, I went to pick it up. I forgot my receipt, and they couldn't find my order, which I thought was weird. I needed the fuel hose, so I bought 5 feet with the intention that I would come back with the receipt and get a refund since I never picked it up. When I returned with the receipt, the manager said it was rung up as a sale, not an order, and he couldn't do anything for me since I didn't have a fuel hose to return. When I told him I didn't have the fuel hose because it was an order, and I never received it. He called me a liar, saying, "How would I know you never received it?" He told me I might be able to come in when the cashier who checked me out was in, and maybe he would remember me, but otherwise, he could not help me. I have a corporate account with O'Reilly and maintain a fleet of vehicles. I don't have time to go in a 4th time for this matter. From now on, I'll be shopping elsewhere and cannot recommend this location. If you're the owner reading this, you should talk with your manager about basic customer service because you just lost a corporate account.

This place is a disaster. Do NOT take your car there or purchase a car from them. I purchased a car…read morefrom them last October, and the whole experience was horrific. The dealership is filled with shady staff and incompetent mechanics, with trash and other crap all over the outside of the building. The car they tried to sell me had warped brake rotors and worn brake pads, even after they "checked it over" for sale, which I only caught on the test drive. I had them replace the rotors and pads, which they assured me would be OEM parts (they have a Toyota dealership in their network, and I bought a Toyota.) They proceeded to replace those parts with the cheapest crap you could find on amazon, and didn't even tighten the caliper bolts correctly, as one fell out while I was driving a couple of weeks later meaning my brakes could have failed suddenly... a serious and potentially fatal transgression. They changed the oil for me but did not replace the oil change underbody access panel before I took it home, only for me not to notice until the next oil change. The car did not come with the factory jack, and they proceeded to try and stuff an Amazon special POS into the trunk, only for me to catch them and demand the correct one. And when they assured me the car was ready for pickup, I drove the two hours there only to have to wait another THREE hours for the car to be ready for me to take home. This dealership is a mess, a huge liability and a gigantic pain in the ass. Its no wonder the dealership is currently for sale! Knock it down!
