The dealership is filled with shady staff and incompetent mechanics, with trash and other crap all over the outside of the building. The car they tried to sell me had warped brake rotors and worn brake pads, even after they "checked it over" for sale, which I only caught on the test drive. I had them replace the rotors and pads, which they assured me would be OEM parts (they have a Toyota dealership in their network, and I bought a Toyota.) They proceeded to replace those parts with the cheapest crap you could find on amazon, and didn't even tighten the caliper bolts correctly, as one fell out while I was driving a couple of weeks later meaning my brakes could have failed suddenly... a serious and potentially fatal transgression. They changed the oil for me but did not replace the oil change underbody access panel before I took it home, only for me not to notice until the next oil change. The car did not come with the factory jack, and they proceeded to try and stuff an Amazon special POS into the trunk, only for me to catch them and demand the correct one. And when they assured me the car was ready for pickup, I drove the two hours there only to have to wait another THREE hours for the car to be ready for me to take home. This dealership is a mess, a huge liability and a gigantic pain in the ass. Its no wonder the dealership is currently for sale! Knock it down!

I understand that there are certain items that need to be charged for under this category I've experienced this at other shops but not virtually 30% of the bill. Needless to say I am done there. First, I'd like to say mechanics get a bad rap from only a few. It's hard work to be a stella auto…read moremechanic. It's hot, it's cold, it's dirty, customers usually don't know jack and are suspicious and hate paying big bucks usually via ignorance and the story goes on and on. If you find a stella shop stick with it and gift them occasionally. Began having service done at the PP a little over a year ago. Reason: I had a 2010 Ford Fusion inspected at another local garage and some additional service requested. I was satisfied for the most part. But one thing stood out from the service. I requested a transmission fluid and filter change. The owner said he would not recco it until I had the Trans cooling line replaced as it was leaking. Total line and replacement cost was $650.00. I fell out of bed! The section of the line that was leaking was a small rubber section at the radiator. This is a long dual line with a 6" rubber section. Very expensive and labor to install. He showed me where it was leaking. I passed on the line. The car is 12 yrs old. I won't keep it more than 2 more yrs. then another car purchase that's 2 yrs or less old. With that in mind on to a 2nd opinion. I ended up two wks later at the recommendation of my son at the PP. I explain. He gets his LED headlamp and looks down at the line. Oh I see it. Small leak. I can replace another rubber section that will last as long as you have the car. $100! He asks when was the last time you changed the trans fluid. Never! I'll change it for you if you waive any issues after the change. I say why? He explains. I don't get the trans change. I still think why? A couple of wks later on YouTube my favorite Scotty Kilner the Toyota/Lexus guy (most reliable cars ever made) made a video on why not to change trans fluid if you never changed it over 100K miles. I look further and it's true. You should not. If you do save the old fluid. These guys at the PP know their stuff. They realized and were in sympathy of my thoughts: it's an old car and it's going soon. Some places only repair how the OEM engineers designed it and some improvise. Which way is correct? As a matter of (fact) it depends on the issue and the age of the car; Secondly, the original design is not always the best way or the only way to repair; (watch Ray Rainman on YouTube); Thirdly, if another way is just as good or better and you can save the customer hard earned cash, that's just good business sense and a win-win for all. Few think outside the box while others just follow the original design. This one thing as well as quality service, won my business.

You can talk to my service manager." He knew we were taking about him. Bill his boss said it was a miscommunication... So Robert is just rude to all customers and Bill is on board with this? This place is horrible, don't give them any money. You have options in the area such as Grapone and Auto fare. Stay away from Unique Ford.

I am not a review person. Usually not worth my time but this experience was really bad. Not the…read moreplace to go if you are particular about your vehicle. I was referred to this shop by a friend and had heard good things but left extremely disappointed. Communication was sub-par throughout the long drawn-out process. Upon getting my vehicle back there were a number of concerns: 1-Door was replaced as part of the repair. New door was not aligned very well, and it did not look like it was fully closed when it was shut properly. 2-Trim pieces/rivets were not fully installed properly 3-Interior was a disaster. Grease/dirt was everywhere on the interior of the affected door panel. Grease on headrest and seats as well. Rear seat was filthy and covered in sand. It was clear that the exterior trim pieces were removed from the car and stored on an unprotected rear seat (this is mid-winter so everything on the exterior was coated in sand/salt). 4-Door handle was not recognizing the remote for the keyless entry. 5-Exterior badge was reused and already starting to peel off of the new surface. 6-After the first hand-wash I could see tape residue all over the exterior of the car. I am guessing they either used poor quality tape or the tape was left on the car much too long as they completed the process. There was a badge that was not available at the time of the original repair, so I had to bring the vehicle back in to have them install that badge on the door when it finally came in. Once installed, and the car was hand washed, I could see egregious swirl marks on the door in that area. My guess is when I brought it back in (again in the winter) they simply took a dry towel and rubbed the area (sand & salt included) clean. Either that or their wash mitt/brush was covered in sand. Unbelievable disregard for the paint surface they had just repaired. Looks awful and spans the entire bottom half of the door. *Of the original 6 issues above, the shop handled #1, 2, 4 & 5 to my satisfaction when I brought them to their attention. I did not mention #3, #6 or the swirl marks gouged into the surface as I would not trust them to do an adequate job in rectifying the situation and would rather not have them touch my vehicle more than necessary. All-in-all a very disappointing trip. Don't trust them with your car unless you truly don't care how well the repair is completed.

Had a very difficult dent in the upper rear pillar of my F-250 last year and couldn't find a shop…read morethat wanted to look at a "small" job so I called Guimond's, was asked to come in the next day, shortly before closing hours for an estimate. I liked what I heard and set a date for the next week. I to this day have no idea how they removed and blended the paint. Great job. Today, after being rear ended last week, they have the insurance paperwork for my next repair. One star? Because you can't wait? They don't need your work. They have all of mine.
