It rang up $1 more than it was labeled. So I showed the employee behind the register where the item and price was. He said, "oh I can't change the price, I'm not a manager". Ummm ok. I had to buy them anyway because I needed them. They ended up not fitting so I went back inside. Passed the same 3 employees and wasn't asked, "hey you're back. Was everything ok?" NO offering of help. What else are you doing with absolutely no customers in the store? I will literally never be back. How unprofessional.

I got to ask him some other questions, and he gave me clear answers. I felt confident in my purchase, thanks to him. After I paid for the wipers to my surprise and luck, He installed the wipers for me. That was good customer service. Did a quick Amazon search and found similar straps for cheaper at Home Depot for under $15. The store was well organized and basically had everything for any vehicle. They had those air freshener trees that hang from the rear view mirror in your vehicle. I made an effort to rub my nose against the trees and took a whiff, but oddly there was zero scent. Maybe the thin cellophane covering is rhino strength and it prevented the scent to seep through. The clearance table in the center of the store had assorted products at deep discounted prices.
