He could have done the "easy thing" and required that I order a whole new lining but instead he was able to fix the small piece that broke. He didn't have to spend the extra time and do his best to make sure I did not have to spend an arm and a leg unexpectedly and unnecessarily... I am really impressed with this shop and its owner. It rang up $1 more than it was labeled. So I showed the employee behind the register where the item and price was. He said, "oh I can't change the price, I'm not a manager". Ummm ok. I had to buy them anyway because I needed them. They ended up not fitting so I went back inside. Passed the same 3 employees and wasn't asked, "hey you're back. Was everything ok?" NO offering of help. What else are you doing with absolutely no customers in the store? I will literally never be back. How unprofessional.
