They kept my truck for five days, and when I finally went to pick it up, nothing had been repaired. They charged me $669 just for an "inspection", claiming they changed a few fuses that were misplaced -- but the main problem was never fixed. My truck was returned in the same condition I dropped it off, and I lost almost a week of work because of their delay. Poor communication, no progress updates, and no urgency at all. For a company that's supposed to keep commercial trucks on the road, this experience was completely unacceptable. If you rely on your truck for your business, I recommend avoiding this Rush Truck Center location.

Jody answered and asked if we could bring the rig in the next morning at 7. We did and they were able to get us in and found the problem by 10am. Knowing the RV is our current home , they did what they could to get us back on the road as quic as possible. They fixed two coolant hoses that apparently have been rubbing against the engine for years and finally wore through! We were back the road by 2pm. Yes, engine trouble is scary and Jody & his staff were VERY accommodating and professional. I highly recommend Rush Truck Center, Jody and his staff if you find yourself in need of Diesel engine repair in the Hickory NC area!
