Limp my truck Ain and explain the situation. They are very understanding, and although they couldn't look at it today, said they'd work it in tomorrow, then gave me a ride to a hotel. Next morning (2-16), when I called they were already looking at my truck. They send someone to pick my up and bring me. Ack to the dealership. Long story short, waiting on parts, so it'll be days/weeks before my truck is ready. Their professionalism and willingness to help me find a rental car, has been nothing short of amazing. I will update this when I come back up here to pick up my truck.

While the sales team is decent--friendly and good at selling vehicles--that's where the positive experience ends. The service department, on the other hand, is another story: condescending, rude, and dismissive. Incident One: I bought a truck that needed brake service just one week after purchase. I brought it in, thinking it would be a quick fix under goodwill or warranty. They "fixed" it, only for the brakes to start acting up again three days later. I had to take more time off work to bring it back. The master technician was not only unhelpful but also rude and clearly in need of customer service training. Incident Two: A check engine light came on, and my diagnostic tool said it was a transmission belt issue. I informed the shop, but they didn't find anything and instead replaced the heat cap. They kept my Silverado for three days. Just two days after getting it back, the same issue returned. I called, only to be told they had no record of my recent service visit. Now I have to take off work again for something they should have addressed the first time. Bottom line: If you enjoy wasting time and money, by all means, take your vehicle here. Otherwise, look elsewhere

Life is FULL of unexpected silver linings. I recently got…read morerear-ended in my Rogue for a second time! (The first time I didn't even have the car long enough to make my first payment!) This accident kept me deep in my gratitude for life , but insurance declared the car a total loss. Loss is so hard, and if we're speaking metaphorically here, if there's anything this past year taught me, it's that with great loss comes with new beginnings. Sure these new beginnings can be lonely, and scary. But they can also show you how beautiful life can be. Perspective and mindset is everything. Thank you John Pearce and Benjamin Martinez of Freehold Raceway Nissan for taking this experience of loss to a new level. With total loss, you don't have much time to shop for a vehicle! With the help of my rock, and hero Rob, my brother, we were met with empathy, care, concern, and excitement all in the most appropriate of times. We told them what I had, what color I wanted and specified that I didn't want to lose any features. I never thought I'd be able to upgrade at the same time! This was by far the quickest, easiest transaction for a car I've ever experienced in life. If you need a new car or even want to upgrade what you have, John and Ben are your go to's for a beautiful line up of Nissan vehicles. John said I'd feel like a queen now, and he's sooo right! You don't have to be a passenger princess to feel good driving a new car! It's the beginning of a new era with this beauty. Can't wait to pick a name and see all the adventures I get to experience with her! Do you name your cars?

We had a child with us, the process was long and the little one was getting antsy. Victoria went to speak to a manger and we decided to get out and asked for a call back for the sake of the little one. Hours later, we never received a call so we returned. Apparently Victoria was gone for the day and we were partnered with Will. Will was extremely professional. The management team would not work with us on any discount while 3 other companies gave us fantastic offers, 200-300 (monthly) below lease price with a low down payment. We were mostly upset with no call back and having to return to provide the same information, total waste of time. If you don't want a deal, shop at Freehold Nissan !
